It was something that was going to have to cause my unit to be off ..it's hot right now...he was feeling ill but insisted he come fix it.... And for me just to stay away so I wouldn't get ill.... Just as a precaution... He showed up at night time and fixed it on the sunday night holiday... That's customer care after the sale.... If you want a company that takes pride in their work And stands behind it.... And puts their customer's Comfort before their own... I know this is hard to believe... We have known since Fall that our air conditioning unit was not working properly. Compressor was…read morerunning all the time, but the fan wasn't working. Originally we thought we'd wait until spring, but when the weather was so warm around Christmas we wished we would have had it checked earlier. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April. Since the forecast for the next week or so looks fairly warm, we called B&L in Stillwater about 11:30 this morning. Ben was here by a little after 2 pm, found that it needed a new motor and we now have working AC!! Thank you, Ben, and B&L!

Had them come out to seal up a window leak. They came through and replaced window seals. It handled…read moremost of the rain issues but on hard rains it still leaked. I asked them to come back out to give another look. They agreed and we scheduled a time for them to come back. They no call no showed me the day of the appointment. I contacted them the next day and asked to get back on the schedule. They said sure and i never heard from them again. Not a great way to spent $321 pricey service with low quality results.

He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. It was air being blown out of a leak between the furnace and duct. He drove a screw in and it was fixed. An honest man, so refreshing to not get taken to the cleaners. A dishonest man might have turned that into an installation of a new thingamajig. I recommend Lockhart Air Care. A family owned and operated business.

Next, the state fire marshal shows up at my business because Mr. McGee had placed a call saying we where of code, which is what we were trying to correct in the first. Glad the state came in since the contractor I did hire was correctly getting the vent hood done. This guy will call fire marshals and state assuming that way he'll get a job. If you want problems you'll find it with this guy. Very poor manner on trying to get a job. I couldn't give this company a negative start.
