Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April. Since the forecast for the next week or so looks fairly warm, we called B&L in Stillwater about 11:30 this morning. I asked them to come back out to give another look. They agreed and we scheduled a time for them to come back. They no call no showed me the day of the appointment. He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. It was air being blown out of a leak between the furnace and duct. He drove a screw in and it was fixed. An honest man, so refreshing to not get taken to the cleaners.
