Amazing experience at Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and…read moreprofessional. My pitbull felt right at home and had no issues getting adjusted, which really gave me peace of mind. The facility is clean, welcoming, and truly feels more like a resort than a kennel. I also loved that they have a groomer on site and take the time to ask whether you'd like your pet interacting with staff or socializing with other dogs -- that level of personalization really stood out. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort if you're looking for a place that treats your pet like family. We take our AKC cocker spaniels (champions and grand champions) to her exclusively because of the great service, the intention put into the appointments, and reasonable pricing. The staff stays very active and busy, but barring any unexpected and serious emergencies, they run pretty close to on time. This is not a cookie-cutter corporate nightmare. This is a home-like environment with a down to earth group of people who are amazing at what they do. I would not trust my canine best friends with anyone else.

It took Kathy approximately 1/2 hour to figure out the problem which we them confirmed with x-rays. I find their staff to be outstanding, especially Jason who is amazing with laser therapy. My dog gets so relaxed she falls asleep. Also their main receptionist Abel is one of the most professional receptionists I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, bright and kind.
