Writing this review most likely isn't going to change anything. Just giving others a heads up on what to expect here so they're prepared for the worse.
Employee's here all act/give you the impression that they really hate their job and that this was their last resort because they couldn't get hired for anything else. Major attitude problem. Seriously, who hurt you?
Who's knows, maybe customers made them this way or they just don't care or they're having a bad day...everyday. Regardless, everyone here seems to hate their job. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the free street parking and that not a lot of people know about this location yet. Just make sure you make an appointment. There is no automatic call number. So make sure you're always looking at the screen. OR if you're really lucky enough, they'll actually call your number out.
The guy who maintains the line also looks like he hates his job with a passion. First time I went, I was looking to see where to go since I've never been to this location before. He just pointed his finger to the direction I should be going. Guess he doesn't get paid enough to speak. Also, not sure if people at the counter know 100% what they're doing. I had to come back twice because I was missing something and the lady told me that was the only missing document. Returned the next day. A different lady told me something else. Almost had to come back a 3rd time because of the first lady's mistake. People here need to get their act together and stop wasting customers time by giving false information. If you lack knowledge of something, there's a supervisor/manager for a reason. Doesn't take a genius to ask for help. While I'm on the subject of supervisor/manager. They probably don't care either because if they did, employee's would be asked to change their attitude(judging by all the negative reviews are about that)or quit if they can't handle customer service. I think their attitude is more of the "If you don't like our attitude than stop coming to this location." Or "regardless of our poor lack of education on how to treat others, you either come here or you don't." Sort of like the "beggars can't be choosers" vibe. read more
