He painted the area around the work, inside and out, so that there was no evidence that any changes to the house had been made. All the work was done to code, and the Beverly Hills inspectors said the work was very well done. He is a true Renaissance Man, able to replace, repair or construct anything. He brought assistants and whatever equipment (including scaffolding) was needed. He always texted to let us know his schedule. His estimates were thorough and easy to understand. If there were extra fees required because of unforeseen circumstances (which frequently happens when walls are opened) he explained them and submitted written change orders for work that was agreed upon. If we need any work done in the future we will definitely contact Tony. We have worked with many contractors previously and none have been as professional, competent or courteous as he is. Four aces and five stars for Tony.

He removed the kitchen to demo the tiles underneath, then installed new vinyl tiles that look fantastic. After that, he re‑installed the entire kitchen with care and precision. The original countertop couldn't be saved, so he sourced and installed a beautiful prefab laminated countertop that fits the space perfectly. One thing I really appreciated was how seamless he made the whole process. Andras even coordinated with the designer he collaborates with, Aggie from Modiano Design, who helped me choose all the materials and finishes. Their teamwork made everything so much easier and ensured the final result looked cohesive and professionally planned. The quality of the work, the communication, and the overall experience were outstanding. I'm genuinely thrilled with how the kitchen turned out, and I'll continue calling Andras for any future projects. Highly recommend.

Absolute Excellence! A Masterclass in Craftsmanship, Speed, and Integrity…read more If you are looking for a remodeling team that delivers world-class quality, blistering speed, and incredibly fair pricing, look no further. Who can actually provide all three of those things these days? Artem and Timur can! I brought Artem and his team in under incredibly stressful circumstances for a complete bathroom remodel after I had to terminate a previous contractor for poor work. Initially, because of the tight timeline and an upcoming two-week family vacation, we didn't think it would be physically possible to finish the bathroom before we left. Not only did Artem step in seamlessly, but he and his master craftsman, Timur, worked with such efficiency that they finished the entire project a full week before our departure! The craftsmanship displayed by Timur is nothing short of extraordinary. From the flawless installation of the intricate Regallo Calacatta wall tile to the meticulous custom fabrication and edge-polishing of our Absolute Black granite countertops, his attention to detail is elite. Every line is perfectly straight, every joint is airtight, and the final fit and finish look like a luxury retreat. Beyond the jaw-dropping physical results, they were an absolute joy to work with. Throughout a remodel, you constantly hit unexpected design crossroads. Artem and Timur always brought highly experienced, intelligent recommendations to the table. What I respected most, however, was their total professionalism: if we chose to go a different route than what they recommended, they pivot immediately without any pushback, ego, or hesitation. They executed our exact vision flawlessly. To top it all off, the pricing was incredibly fair and honest. You hear so many horror stories about home renovations, but this team restored my complete faith in the trade. We received top-tier, custom-designer quality on an unbelievable timeline for a fantastic cost. I cannot recommend Artem, Timur, and their crew highly enough. They are true professionals and absolute masters of their craft!

Not "cheap", but very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. On the day of the appointment, they were on time, very professional, and knocked out an amazing trim of my trees. When it came time a few years later to remove some trees, they were on it, and left the wood as I had requested. I just had them out again to cut down another tree, and the service level hasn't changed. They left the stump talk so I can carve a Tiki, and the wood behind that I wanted. I had wanted to remove the tree entirely but felt that I would be doing a disservice to nature. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for an expert who claims he could take care of the tree. In Harold's own words, he would treat the tree with medicine, give it a little trim and it will be good as new. I paid $775 for the application of medicine and the tree trimming. However, within two weeks after trimming, one of the black pine tree (that has been in the neighborhood for 20+ years) collapsed onto the pavement. I messaged x Harold immediately and asked him for a solution. His response was solely focused on shifting the blame to nature. He referenced the excessive heat and wind in the valley (mind you I live in studio city in California, where the weather is always hot and slightly windy) as causes for the tree over. He even went so far as to say if this was his home, he'd have the trees removed because black pines are difficult to take care of. I WISH HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH! Especially considering that was my initial thought- to cut the trees! In my opinion, Harold took advantage of me. Cashed in on a pay day for a job that was unnecessary. He could have voiced his true opinion from the beginning, and had me pay for the removal of the tree. But that service would have been cheaper and earned him less money. I wouldn't recommend working with Harold. Trust your instinct and go with another vendor! He was also late to several of our scheduled appointments. Though he did come eventually.
