Outstanding Engine Rebuild - Highly Recommend!…read more I had my engine rebuilt on my Chevy Corvette at Master Car Auto Repair in Orlando, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain the issues, walked me through the rebuild, and kept me updated along the way. The quality of workmanship is outstanding--my Corvette now runs smooth, strong, and better than it has in a long time. You can tell they take real pride in their work and treat your vehicle as if it were their own. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and dependable shop--especially for major engine work--Master Car Auto Repair is the place to go. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

Mike and Helen run an honest business and are a pleasure to do business with. At one point I had a loud thunking noise coming from the front of my car when turning. Mike took a look and let me know that the boot was coming off of one of the CV joints. He said that "eventually the part would go bad, but I didn't need to worry about it now and could save my christmas money." That kind of honesty is really refreshing in a mechanic. The repairs are quick, the prices are reasonable, and there's always a smile and a free ride back to my house. Regardless of what brand of car we own in the future, I know that we'll continue to bring them to the car spa for repairs.

They themselves drive Japaneese manufactured automobiles, so owners of Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, etc. should feel comfortable with the level of expertise provided by their mechanics. My repair included a part billed to me at reasonable purchase cost instead of the much higher retail cost. The labor was reasonable and adjusted down from "book" because I had already removed the old part. There was only one problem preventing me from giving this business 5 stars - included in the repair cost was a "Service charge" of over $11. There is a large sign in the shop indicating that the service charge is for miscellaneous parts including nuts and bolts, grease, shop towels, etc. My repair required no miscellaneous bolts or other parts (everything was included in the part or re-used from the old part). There may have been a number of minor costs for shop towels, etc. I expected the service change for me to be $2-3 generously. Instead of denying the charge, I asked Helen how the charge was calculated. She feigned ignorance, said something vague about a percentage of the total cost, then promptly removed the charge without my requesting it to be removed. When asked if I felt better about the removed charge, I told her honestly, "No. I was asking for clarification, only." I suggested a $2-3 shop charge was appropriate. She refused to even consider it. This was awkward, to say the least. A 5% fee will never be fair, as some parts cost much but require little labor and vice versa. The service charge should be flat or calculated based on the amount of labor and it should reflect a reasonable estimation of the costs associated with the repair. To do otherwise is frankly dishonest. I feel certain that Helen and Mike are just trying to cover their costs as effectively as they can, and that this charge is not intended to gouge their customers. I will definitely patronize The Car Spa again soon, and hope to find the service charge calculated more appropriately.

Stop looking, this is the place! From the moment I made contact with these guys, I felt like I was in good hands. I told them my situation (horrible chemical damage from pressure washing company), and they got me in quickly to assess the damage and figure out what they could do. I arrived, and was immediately impressed at their beautifull shop and showroom. I was greeted by Jose and Fran, two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a good while. It was like we were already good friends right off the bat. I didnt get that fake feeling either, these are genuine good people. They quickly assessed the damage and condition of the paint with special equipment, and did a test patch for me to show exactly what he could do. As we were chatting, I soon realized I was dealing with people who have a true passion for what they do. My anxiety over the situation washed away as Jose and Fran assured me they could bring my poor car back to beautifull. Before I knew it, I had piece of mind, and an appointment just a few days later, which was perfect for my schedual. Fast foreward to pickup. I arrive at the shop and am warmly greeted once again. My car was in the middle of the showroom, with a car cover for the big reveal. It was an experience. My jaw dropped as they lifted the cover. My car looked better than when I bought it 10 years ago. I was in awe of how nice it came out. They went over everything they did and made sure I was completely satisfied. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning, and also ceramic coated my windshield as a surprise? To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They even polished my headlights and my custom exhaust tips! It is also worth noting that they are so stand up, that when they realized they mis quoted me (low) on the price originally, they honored the price, with absolutely no push back. That in itself speaks volumes. Their prices are way more than fair, and im talking about the regular price. They came in 25% cheaper than the other shop I considered. The other shop also was not going to do half the work Jose and Fran did, let alone the extras they so nicely hooked me up with. Before I left, they answered all my questions, and are setting me up with some products they recommend to keep my car looking great. We chatted for a few, and I left feeling like part of the High Contrast family. I already have my next service planned for my wifes car! I bought a 45' coach from Quality Motor Coach a little over a year and a half ago. I live in Oregon…read moreand the coach was in Florida so communication, general knowledge and photos were extremely important for me to feel comfortable sending a deposit, fly to Florida and expect to drive the coach 3000 miles home without difficulty or disappointment. I have a 25 year background in the yacht industry and am a diesel mechanic so RV's are very familiar to me because they use very much the same components in their assembly and day to day operation. After talking to Gary several times I could tell that he had more knowledge about these coaches than any average salesman, he's basically an RV technician that sells motor coaches, not a car salesman selling RV's. This knowledge base allows him to not only to understand every aspect of the coaches for the buyer but also allows him to buy the finest quality coaches at the best prices for his dealership. When we got to Florida he had his wife pick us up at the airport (very nice) and when we arrived at the dealership it was late so we just got comfortable in the coach and retired for the evening, he also had a mini van there he offered us to use to go eat and get groceries and supplies for the trip home. The next morning Gary and I went over the coach (a little more thoroughly than he expected I'm sure considering my background) and found a couple of problems even he didn't know about. He had already changed the engine and generator oil for us at no charge because he wanted us to have fresh fluids for our trip home. We stayed on the coach at the dealership for a couple days while we sorted out the issues completely to our satisfaction at no charge. After spending some time with Gary wrenching on stuff and checking out his shop, meeting his family and understanding his knowledge he and his brother have in heavy equipment, truck bodies, construction, body and paint, it's not hard to feel comfortable buying from Quality Motor Coach. We have sold our house and made the coach our primary residence and had not only no problems with the coach not only on the trip home but none since, VERY HAPPY!
