Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. Marco was also suppose to add new fence slats across the entire front to close up the large gaps on both sides of the gates. At the single side gate, additional fence slats were needed to secure even larger gaps. I discussed all these details with Marco and stressed the importance of having the fence and the gates secure because I have small dogs that could fit through the gaps between and below the fence slats. Norm and Marco turned out to be unreliable. Marco was a No Show a few times and ended up not returning my calls or my texts. Norm said he was out of town on another job. I paid for this service in advance and now I am left with no money, fence and gates that are not secure and an unfinished job. Norm's response is laughable. I've been trying to get this job completed since the first week of APRIL. I don't know how he is claiming that my review is untrue. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly.
