Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. If you want your place painted by a guy who will make it look SOOOOOO GOOOOD, then I think you need to hire Norm.

Marco was also suppose to add new fence slats across the entire front to close up the large gaps on both sides of the gates. At the single side gate, additional fence slats were needed to secure even larger gaps. I discussed all these details with Marco and stressed the importance of having the fence and the gates secure because I have small dogs that could fit through the gaps between and below the fence slats. Norm and Marco turned out to be unreliable. Marco was a No Show a few times and ended up not returning my calls or my texts. Norm said he was out of town on another job. I paid for this service in advance and now I am left with no money, fence and gates that are not secure and an unfinished job. Norm's response is laughable. I've been trying to get this job completed since the first week of APRIL. I don't know how he is claiming that my review is untrue. I noticed the other reviews are for painters, not the contractor that was sent to me.

They were very reasonable. Duke, a member of the firm, came and did an outstanding job. The screens for the gazebo (I suspect were a DYI project) were in a mess. Last fall we hired Paint Medics to paint our home and fix the end caps on our aluminum siding. I…read moream a disabled retired veteran; we had to save for years to get this work done. We were assured that even though they were more expensive, that the work quality was better. The work looked good at first but upon further inspection there were a lot of missed spots, paint lines, and most of the siding end caps they repaired were literally falling off. They came back out on June 8 to fix all the problems. They had to repaint almost two thirds of the house and secure most of the end caps. Even their workers said the first crew did a bad job. The second crew painted the mistakes from previous crew but in the process damaged the following with overspray. Pool, brand new pool cover, AC Unit, window, deck, fence, composite deck, garden hose and nozzle, new soaker hose, downspouts, and the brand-new planter and trellis that were hand built by me and my sons for Mother's Day. These items were covered in green paint. Also damage to landscaping including several rose bushes and hydrangea that had broken branches small plants that were crushed. I emailed the owner asking for his insurance company's information so that we can put in a claim for all the damage. The response from owner was that it's latex paint and it will be easy to clean and admitting the damage was his worker's fault. We explained that we had already asked workers to clean the AC Unit two times while they were here. The paper towels and spray cleaner didn't get the paint off the unit. It still has paint spray all over it They just wanted to send their crew the following morning to do the same. We just want their insurance information so this can be rectified. The salesman told us they were licensed, bonded, insured and registered with the city of Parma to paint houses. We checked with Parma City Hall Building Department, and they said Paint Medics is not registered in the city of Parma and that they are illegally in the city doing work. They have not been registered in the city for two years. The owner by email has treated this like it's nothing but an inconvenience. Every time they come on to our property there is a different problem, so all we need is insurance information. They refuse to give us the insurance contacts. I plan on calling every city that they have listed that they work in and try to find their insurance information. If unable to find out, we will be taking them to court over the thousands of dollars of damage they have done to our property.

We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job. We did what we were hired to do. After years of a good relationship working with Alan, he has disappeared and will not pay us for our work. Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor.
