If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely horrible. My wife and I both showed up to have our sides trimmed with a fade. The guy who checked us in called over a female( her license said Maria but not sure if that was her station) -who seemed far too bothered to be disturbed from sitting in a cushioned chair- and a terrible experience started from there. My wife asked for her undercut/ sides trimmed with a simple low fade( explained she's growing a portion of her sides out and essential just take a little up from her ear line with a skin fade.) This woman not only took the fade higher than explained, she kept going over her scalp over and over. She bluntly cut one side again... FADE-Literally if you don't know the definition of fade say you don't do fades-So one sided was like a bowl cut the other side was high faded- she did an uneven cut and her excuse was " well with how you hair is it's longer on this side. " after my wife had explained she wears her hair up. So it should be even. After that alone she thinks she was done, my wife lifted her hair on top and the back section hadn't even been done. I have never had such a terrible hair cut experience especially when you charge $30+ per cut- side note they say on their services board it takes 30 minutes my wife was in the chair for an hour. I didn't even sit to get my sides done but looks like I lucked out. read more

Haircut was great, beard trim was too much, they took off more than I liked, and if you're trying to grow your mustache a specific way DO NOT HAVE THEM TRIM IT! They don't use scissors, only trimmers and in a matter of seconds all my work on my mustache was erased. Good conversation, fun guys inside, but be VERY specific on what you want. Cut me a couple times while shaving my neck as well, probably from shaving against the grain, which I have never done. All in all a good haircut but nothing to write home about. read more

I don't usually take the time to write any reviews on yelp but I had to do it this time. Between the unprofessionalism of the barbers to the wait time, I'm not really sure where to start but here's one piece of advice... Go somewhere else! Some advice for those barbers at the shop. Learn customer service and understand the proper way to shave someone. My barber put shaving cream on my face then wrapped a hot towel on my face. What the hell? Hot towel first to open the follicles boys then the shaving cream. Anyways, good luck staying in business boys! read more

I used to go to this same location before it became Sir Barbershop. It has changed, but it has changed for the better. I still go here, as I get a solid haircut every time. You need to know what you want to have done, but for my intents and purposes it works. And the price is not a bargain, nor a robbery - it is good as it should be. I have noticed that it takes a little longer time to get a haircut here, compared to other places I have gone - but I want to believe it is reflected in the quality of the haircut. The people that work here is nice, service oriented and on the chatty side. I don't mind that at all. read more

This place really frustrates me. The hours are ridiculous. They open too late and close too early. Every time I come it's always a different set of barbers. I'm literally in the parking lot and the business hours say 10am yet the place is still closed. All this for an overpriced hair cut when I only get my sides cut. Terrible haircut. The barber (2nd chair from the entrance) nicked me. He didn't clean the clippers and was coughing on me without covering his mouth throughout the haircut. Very unsanitary. He also had a terrible attitude. Strongly recommend not going here. read more

Sir barbershop is a very trendy and clean barbershop. The staff is very friendly! From what I've seen all the barbers are good at what they do and have repeat customers. My barber Miguel is top notch and 2nd to NONE! I came in with a hair style in mind I just could not get my last barber to bring to life. Miguel listened and made sure we were on the same page before he started with my cut. I enjoyed the convo during the cut and felt like a regular on day 1. At this point, I give him some free reign to do what he thinks I would like and everytime, he nails it! Very nice to see how the shop has changed since Anthony has taken over. The shop is very clean, they have followed all of the COVID protocols and made me feel very safe. Since Anthony has taken over, the shop runs a lot smoother as well, there are no more long waits to get cuts, and their scheduling app is awesome. I have noticed some of the other less professional barbers have moved on and the entire staff is ready to go always and their work is amazing no matter who cuts your hair. I have sent many of my friends and family here and they all agree this is the cleanest, most professional shop in town, and they do the best fades anywhere. It is a great environment, too. On June 19th I called SIR at 6pm to get a haircut since they close at7pm. I was told they are done for the evening. On June 20th the very next day I called around 1pm to make an appointment at 5:30pm. I gave my name and was told to come on in. I arrived at 5:20 and the door was locked. A gentleman comes to the door and says they have too many walk ins and my appointment is no longer valid! Will never try this place again!! read more

I went to this barbershop 2 days ago and I was very disappointed to say the least. When I walked in I was not greeted and it took me asking, "do I have to sign in or anything" before they advised me I could just take a seat. The barber asked me how I wanted my haircut but apparently a "trim" off the top to him meant to cut half my hair off which by the end I could do nothing about. On top of that he was not friendly at all and the other barber seemed to care more about customers than this one. To top it off I come to find out after that a fade with a beard line up came out to $40 (not counting tip)! I would not have a problem paying $40 if he would've done a top notch job but his work was mediocre and not worth $40 at all. I'm very disappointed. read more

i've had my haircut by almost everyone who works in this shop. but there's one in particular that never does it the way i ask each time. and each time i have to force myself to say it looks good because i don't like confrontation. i think his name is mikhail? he's pretty new and i believe he's russian. idk it's like he does is own thing and diverts from what you ask because he feels like it. anyways, i've had the same haircut for about 9 years now and know what it should look like. yesterday, he cut it too high on the sides which i something i told him specifically not to do and even motioned with my hands where to stop and blend. he has asked me prior if he could trim my beard and i always so NO because i also like my beard very particular. well yesterday, he rounded the corners of my beard (under the jaw area) without asking or even telling me, which caught me off guard. (i know i should make an appointment, blah blah blah, but i never know when i'm available because of my schedule. and each time i am free to get a haircut, sometimes he's the only person working.) if you're going to get your haircut here, see manuela. my hair has never been cut exactly how i like until manuela. Last minute decision to get my son's haircut on a Monday night. Found this place on Yelp so I thought we would check it out. We arrived at 6:30ish and Pete the barber was with another customer. I asked if he would have time considering it was almost closing time...he said sure...super!! Let me just say he did an amazing job on my sons hair...he took the time to make sure it was perfect.
