The supervisor for the job was essentially not ever present,. They then applied a spray on sealer/curing agent, which left gross splotching (which never went away). Then in the spring I had 4 cracks in 3 panels. Now the company won't do any replacement, even though they offered to do it last fall (but I agreed to their tactic to re-apply the sealer to re-activate the coat). Aside from 4 cracks in 3 panels, now I see spalling in a number of places. They won't do anything about it. I suggest do NOT use this vendor. They were not interested in doing a good job for me; they just wanted to get the pour done and move on.

It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. Again, he was responsive, communicated well and completed the job within days with amazing results. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend.
