The office is pretty bare, there's no greetings or pleasantries, and the website is terrible, but honestly, who cares. There's plenty of parking, the process is quick, and the price is fair.

I needed to get a live scan done and literally there was nobody when I went on a weekday around 11 am. Took a total of ten minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service I have experienced. But 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience here because of a fellow customer who chose to break the line and I refused to stay quiet. There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.
