They prepared the house with a wrap to protect it from falling debris from roof removal and while the replacement was being done. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered for the removal of the old product. They worked quickly and efficiently in finishing the job, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I also had some plaster repaired on my bathroom wall that was falling apart due to a slow leak in the old roof that they had discovered. They also repaired an area of my living room ceiling that seemed to be also affected by the leaking old roof. I was very pleased.

The bathroom took time - with snow storms causing a minor delay, a long freeze requiring their plumbers to address other customer's emergencies - but it is gorgeous! We love our new master bathroom. Called the office again on Tuesday and was told that they would arrive Wednesday. They did not arrive. Thursday, they arrived without notice around 3:30. The plumber who was difficult to understand said that it was plumbed incorrectly and he would have to re-pipe in the basement and that it was too late to do that day so he would have to come back another day. Since this has been working for over 80 years, I felt that the more likely scenario was an issue with the mechanism within the tank. At around 4pm, the same person/receptionist that I had spoken with, called and asked for payment of $165 dollars. I provided the credit card and made the payment. I explained that although I am not a plumber, I wanted to better understand the problem prior to paying and additional $500. She said that she understood my concerns and would have someone call me Friday. Of course I was not called. They demonstrated urgency in securing payment for the call fee and half-hour minimum, however, their performance in meeting agreed-upon obligations was lacking.

Tony taken all the measurements before going to the Cellar. Then he wrote up the qoute explaining The configuration and parts that were being ordered. I was very excited to see that Tony was able to make the remodel happen. I can't say enough about Tony. Excellant communication, Knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to work with. He did advise me that the installment would happen around the first week in November.
