I called and scheduled an appointment with this company. They came and cleaned for me. So I can…read moresay... Whatever you do - NEVER use Tonia's House Cleaning. When I say never I mean NEVER. Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. In fact, I literally cannot even recall an owner aggressively yelling, but the owner does. I've literally, personally, been bullied by this Company but I'm no longer going to remain silent... you have to stand up to bullies.... YELP-- you should too. It's not right to be bullied. **THE WORK:// I watched them do the work. They made the house look better, but did less than half the time promised. They promised 10-2pm or later if needed. They started at 11:15 and left at 1:15. They also took 3 smoke breaks. Angela the main housekeeper could not keep up and did much less than her assistant. Billy her assistant did the kitchen, he did the heavy lifting. Angela unfortunately should not be cleaning houses for a living. At the last minute she refused to do two rooms -- the walk in closet and a bedroom because it was too dusty. I've never heard of a professional housecleaner being afraid of dust. Even after every single piece of furniture was removed she still didn't do it. They have very low standards on what is acceptable for clean. **SERVICE:// The owner has been harassing me, literally. She has personally cursed me out via text... its quite shameful. Future potential patrons of Tonia's Housecleaning, you will have a tough job talking to her if anything goes wrong. She doesn't care about how bad of a job they did or not honoring the price given. She doesn't care about the customer. **SUGGESTION:// In my opinion -- You shouldn't patronize them, but if you do for some strange reason--- have them do a walk-through of what they can do and get everything in writing first. Make sure it's very clear what they are going to do, record it if needed. In fact, do that for any housekeeping service. **CONCLUSION:// I've had some bad experiences at businesses, but this is now on my top 10 worst businesses in Atlanta list. I also don't like how they have now posted fake reviews... again Yelp, not cool. My persona, first-hand experience with Tonia's Houscleaning was so not good... never patronize this business.

I CAN BACK UP EVERY CLAIM I HAVE MADE AND I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HER TO COURT WITH ALL OF MY PROOF. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY CANT BACK UP A STATEMENT!!!! YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I really did not want to leave this review as the owner seemed very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning job that I received was less than stellar. I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.

We chose the moving out cleaning because I am currently unable to due any serious cleaning due to a herniated disc in my back. We had a 1560 Sq ft 3bd 2ba apartment and Phoebe did an amazing job! The bedrooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the fridge was super clean, and the stove (especially the oven) just like new. Phoebe even cleaned the doors along with the window sills too. I would recommend them especially for their price too. Definitely would love to use The Chore Experts again (if they can service where we moved to). I am glad I found them!

Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

They got the surface, but that's about all. I gave Harvey and his team at Nook and Cranny a try and am so glad I did. Harvey came out to my house and did a quick walkthrough with me and provided costs and frequency recommendations. We had the initial cleaning a couple of weeks later and have had three biweekly cleanings since then. Oh, my! They do such a good job. The house sparkles when Sophia is finished. She is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning. She spends about four to four and a half hours each time at my house (2,200 square feet) and does such a good job. She gets to work as soon as she arrives (which is always on time!) and is careful as she works. I haven't had any concerns with her being in my home, with or without me here. I highly recommend Nook and Cranny for anyone who needs their home cleaned and maintained!

Please don't take their word for it!! Thugs!!…read more Hello all! I was moving out of my 1BR/1Bath, Apartment and needed a good cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom. I had specified that on my telephone appointment. I booked for 90$ 2 hr minimum, as that seemed a reasonable amount of time for the job. The cleaning woman arrived 30 mins late and could not find my unit. I had to escort her. She looked too stressed right from the off set. I specified again that I need my kitchen - esply the stove and bathroom cleaned well. After about 20 mins she tells me, I can't clean the stove properly as I don't have that stove cleaning solution and it's too much work for 2 hrs. I asked her to finish as much as possible in 2 hrs. I called the owner of the company, who after talking to her cleaner, told me that he wasn't aware that this was a "move out cleaning" and that this would require more time. Also, they can't clean the stove glass as that would damage the surface. In case I am not agreeable to "extending the time" which would cost me more money, he would rather tell the cleaner to walk out than stressing her out and rushing her. I some how managed to get the kitchen and bath cleaned in 2 hrs for 90$ and then let the woman leave. I later realized that even those two were not managed well in 2hrs!! I was pretty disappointed by the entire experience!! I would not recommend these folks to any one! I'd rather pay an extra 20$ to any one else and get the job done without facing such harassment!

I tried to reach out to customer service afterward, but the response was slow and not very helpful. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share.
