They spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour on my roof, with extensive drilling, hammering, and loud noises throughout the process. What I found most unprofessional was the complete lack of communication. After finishing, both contractors climbed down, packed up their equipment, got into their vehicle, and drove away without saying a single word. No explanation of what was done, no findings shared, and not even the basic courtesy of knocking on the door to let us know they were finished. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with an ongoing roof issue, the absolute bare minimum is communication and professionalism. Extremely disappointing experience.

He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess!
