For example, several maintenance requests (that Blackwell verbally agreed to fix nearly three months ago) have been sitting in the online maintenance system with no action or response. The agents I have dealt with are nice in person and make lots of promises to do better, but as soon as I have signed renewal/lease paperwork each year they become downright hostile at times. Perhaps the real estate sales portion of the corporation is different, but the rental management side certainly isn't the small-town hospitality Blackwell tries to market.
