My review on google isn't visible when my husband went to read what I wrote through the browser he uses. It may have been flagged. No one has returned his call yet. This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install.
