Tiffany made scheduling easy and provided very reasonable estimates for the repairs. Manny managed the job and took the time to explain every repair step by step, which I really appreciated. Cowboy was incredibly meticulous with the repair and replacement work, and it showed in the final result. As an added bonus, they inspected my entire roof, sealed any problem areas with silicone, and nailed down loose tiles that had shifted during the ice storm. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will absolutely hire ACA Roofing again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter repairs!

ACA of Hermitage and Gainsboro TN replaced a bathroom floor for me one year ago. The workmanship…read morewas terrible at the time. Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles. They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks. Poor workamnship. Poor project management. Poor communication. Refusal to make this right. I very strongly advise anyone to stay away from ACA Construction in Hermitage and Gainsboro TN.

He never offered a reason for why my flashing had so many nails just said that I was controlling and that's how my neighbor's house is. Some spots had 2-3 nails right next to each other. They installed a Certainteed roofing system on my house. I contacted Certainteed and received the flashing manual it says a nail every 12". Some roofers I have spoken with said 2 to 3 feet between nails. I was never given the option of replacing the flashing that obviously needed replacing. If you have had a similar situation, please post here. I don't want anyone else to feel the way Kory made me feel. Other things I overlooked during the job. They changed my initial install date without asking or notifying me. They replaced a section of facial board without sealing it or painting the exposed back side. Please review the photos and make your own decision. If I ever replace my roof again, I will make sure that every piece of flashing gets replaced and any if at exposed nails will be at a minimum. The part that bothered me the most is the way Kory treated me.

Nick came out to do an inspection, and in the process of doing so discovered some issues with our pipes and vents on the roof, some items that pictures made clear could quickly lead to serious damage if the wrong winds/rain came through. He showed us a detailed video of the inspection, then offered multiple quotes based on what approach we wanted to take. I appreciated how thorough and how efficient he was-- I've been in situations where at this point in the review an agent for a major company will only offer you the highest possible quotes and make them sound like an emergency and basically take as long as they can in your house to wear you down in hopes that you'll agree to the sell. Nick and Mr. Goodroof did NOT do this and this instantly won us over. We actually opted for a combination of two of the quotes/plans of action he presented, and he worked up a new quote for that. They offered a variety of payment options, including a 12 months same as cash option that you can apply for and access on your phone quickly. We scheduled the service and they had a crew out in less than a week to get the job done. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was some miscommunication on the quotes, plan of action, and updated responses (like the finished report detailing the work done, particularly important for us as the day of the work the approach shifted somewhat and we just wanted to understand why). We never doubted the quality of the work, but due to being burned in the past by other companies, had some reservations. We voiced those complaints and Nick + others at the company got back to us to go over and explain the situation. They explained the reason for the changes, the delayed updates (some due to automation processes on billing etc.), and sent out the crew + Nick (at a 3rd date) to do a final inspection and report. I'm going a "4" which in my book is "great". The price we paid for the work that was done was fair, the work was quality, and both the sell and final report were handled perfectly. Due to some confusion and crossed wires (that took about a week or so of going back and forth) that hindered my enthusiasm of the project briefly in the interim, I'm docking just the one star that would make this a "perfect" experience. I fully intend to use these folks again for some other tasks next year and I have every expectation that they'll bump up to a full "5" at that point ("perfect").
