My truck is a daily driver. I park it outside everyday. Every few weeks I take it off-roading. I brought it to Dlux Studio not having washed it for a couple months, so it was pretty dirty. I usually don't mind things a little dirty, but this was the kind dirty that you can't see unless you get close and then you are like, "Dang, she didn't mention this in her profile." Mike and his crew took care of the truck for me. They gave it a good thorough cleaning. They even hosed out the bed which most places neglect. I left it there for half the day to let them pamper it. When I came back to pick it up, they parked it in their light tunnel. Think of it like a P-Diddy and Mase video for your car. The lights allow you to see every flaw in the paint. They do this because they have nothing to hide, unlike that tinder chick. The whole experience was awesome. From the facility, to the lobby decked out with drinks, snacks and golf sim, the dust free detail booth and light tunnel. I have to mention the customer service is prime and people working there are all accommodating. Top notch place to take your vehicle if you really want to take care of the way it looks. AMAZING job, AMAZING company! Don't go anywhere else! After washing and detailing my baby (Tesla Model S 100D) I noticed that there were water spots I just couldn't get out... Well, I'm not one to spend hours on washing and detailing my car to just find that there are simply some spots I can't get out! I complained about it to the hubby and he got to have an "I told you so" moment (he had originally tried to convince me to get ceramic coating done when we first got the car, but I said no... Like an idiot), and then promptly began his research into a legit place that wouldn't cost is an arm and a leg. My husband discovered D Lux Studio and scheduled both of our Teslas to get taken care of with a paint correction and ceramic coating (their "gold level" package). Tony is the best! I used Dlux Studio twice now for interior detailing and ozone treatment, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Tony is very responsive and communicative via text, and in person, he is really approachable and easy to talk to. We also live in an apartment complex, and he had no problem working around our complex's parking layout/situation. Which I was nervous about at first. Tony did an incredible job detailing my car's interior. Even tho we just bought it, Tony made the car look even better than it did when I first bought it off the lot. The car also had a stale cigarette smell, so I also had the ozone treatment done. It worked very well for a while, and when the smell slowly started coming back, Tony was absolutely happy to come back to do another treatment. I drive a Subaru Forester and have a large long haired dog always in the back seat. Once every few months, the hairs are just unbearable to get out on my own, so i decided to call the team at Dlux. They were able to book me in immediately, customized the package based on what my needs were (only interior detailing) and went straight to work on removing all the dog hairs. They have top of the line equipment but they also don't hesitate to get gritty and were even using tape to get out the last strands of dog hair. I am very impressed by the work they did on my car removing the swirls and scratches from the drive thru gas station car wash. The ceramic coating brings out a level of luster and reflection that made my car look better than the day I drove it out of dealership. I'll give everybody the benefit of the doubt during Covid, but this company bit the dust too big. $250 wash and carpet wash. - Showed up 3 hours late (no explanation, no discount) - Work was too mediocre. Had to point out that several parts of the car weren't completed (some windows, bottom 1/4 of car etc). Time ran out, and had to leave with several items (like front window) not completed. I recently brought my car in for a wash and detail at Dlux Studios, and I must say their work and service was absolutely impeccable. The owner, Mike, took the time to give me a tour of the facility and show me how the process is done. Every single one of their methods is done to the highest degree of craftsmanship with attention to detail. I recently bought a used 2017 Infiniti Q60 Twin Turbo, its a beautiful car. However the previous incompetent owner clearly didn't have any respect for the car whatsoever and left the paint-job with tons of swirl marks and micro scratches. The crew at Dlux took the time to get as many of these out as possible and left my car looking immaculate. I definitely plan to come back regularly as they offer a rewards system, you get 10 car washes from them and they give you one free. Came here for a car wash during my lunch hour after rainfall recently. Found this place through Yelp and I am glad I did. I tried their basic package since I have a mediocre car. Although their basic package is a bit pricey comparing to other car wash places, you get what you pay for which is a professional wash with an above excellent quality. The whole process took about 45 minutes. They had my car professionally cleaned, inside out, including door jambs. It was perfect dry without leaving any water spots after it was done.They also did a complete walk through all over the car to make sure I was satisfied with their cleaning. I couldn't be happier that my car looks so brand new after the car wash! Right after, I recommend them to my other family member, and it was amazed that they helped him to remove few fine scratches from car wash.
