    THANK YOU, YOUSEF, FOR HELPING ME PURCHASE MY FIRST CAR!!!! Honestly, he worked so hard for my "special" case!!! I thought it was nearly impossible, but he did NOT take "no" for an answer & prevailed until we conquered!!! 10/10 recommend! He saved me time, was transparent, & never gave up on me. When in doubt, Yousef will work it out!

    Always a pleasure working with these guys. They will not waste your time and bullshit you. Straight to the point. Don't waste your time at the dealership and play the "let me talk to my manager" game. DLR just gives us the bottom price from the beginning and no bait and switch. They even brought my car and contract to my work. Took me 5 minutes to sign and car was mine. Quick, easy and efficient. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

    Listen, I cut allll the salesman crap and went with DLR, the guys name was yousef, very sharp young man that looks for your best interest. He is not pushy at all and will work with you and be patient, the prices he gave me and my family were much cheaper without all the negotiation headaches. Highly recommended! Give them a ring, you won't regret!!!

I was told the only requirement was the gas tank needed to be half full. I left my van and got a loaner car - Heidi said that since the loaner gas gauge was at about 3/4, that if I went below a 1/2 tank, they would charge me........and I went home. They called and said I had to come back to remove my clothes and stuff from the back seat area in order for them to replace the fuel pump recall. I drove the loaner back, moved the stuff to the wayback of the minivan and asked 3 times if cleaning out the mid- seat area was good and they said yes. I drove home and got a text or call to come back again to clear out the entire back of the minivan in order to do the recall. I came back a 2nd time and removed everything from the minivan and put everything in the loaner. That is the only driving I did on the loaner. Once the recall was done, I returned and transferred all the stuff back in the van. I get home and see an invoice for $42, with incorrect gas tank reading, saying it was at 100% and now 79%: 4.2 gallons/$42.00. Even though the odo reading on the invoice said I only drove 36 miles, mostly due to their poor communication. The CRV Hybrid gets 40+ mpg. I immediately called Heidi and asked for a refund. She initially said there was nothing she could do. When I again emailed her, she sent an email offering a $40 credit on my next oil change. I had just changed my oil and I said to refund me. No more response. I'm filing a dispute with AMEX and the dealer. Of course, it goes without saying that they recommended other repairs and their prices were roughly 2x's what they cost locally.

Pretty much everything about the experience there was so much better. The 40k mile service is basically a glorified oil change (oil change and new cabin air filter) I was a little early but was still checked in quickly and professionally by Tony prior to my actual appointment time. He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. The service was done quickly but the best part was that while checking out I was simply told that it was all green lights on my vehicle nothing additional was needed. I was honestly expecting a Jiffy Lube style full court press to add additional services. All in all, great experience.

This was seemingly a very good deal as oil changes for these trucks can run in the couple of hundred dollars range. At some point between receiving the coupon and going to the dealership, I misplaced the physical mailer coupon. But I knew all the details because I read the coupon. I knew when it expired I knew what it included. I got to the dealership and the service rider told me he could not honor any sort of coupon without physically having it. So I left the dealership and I went home to look for it, but I couldn't find it. I reached out to Ford directly who said that the promotion was set by the dealership and they should have been able to honor it. Ford couldn't help me out directly, but said that since it came from the dealership, they obviously have a record of it this was not the case, and they still would not honor their own discount. Really really crappy way of doing business.
