We were in a bind and needed help quickly. While this wasn't intentionally done, and they tried to do some things to help restore our water, unfortunately the people who did the work lacked the expertise to complete the job. We needed someone before the hole was closed and work completed. The backflow device, which by itself is an expensive piece to replace, was toast. Our irrigation system was completely cut off. We called our plumber, All Hours Plumbing, who referred us to Blue2Green. Micheal and his associate sized up the situation and not only replaced the backflow device, but also rerouted the pipes, simplifying the arrangement and adding a new cut-off valve. His charge was very reasonable, considering the effort involved, all the parts, and what he did to straighten out the problem. What I ended up with was in my opinion a work of art. Scott Lassiter came out and assessed my situation and said my pump was over heating and shutting down. My well system is over 16 years old and never had any maintenance on it, so I figured it was time. In Fall of 2023, they didn't send offer to winterize the irrigation system, and when I did it myself, I noticed that the back flow device had a crack in it. Fortunately, the crack only leaked as you were turning the water on and off, but it only could have happened in winter 2022, which the last time they did winterize the system and damages to the back flow device would have been fixed by them. Perhaps that's why they never returned my calls in summer of 2023. Definitely would not recommend them.
