I required a climber; someone who can cut down a tree without a bucket truck because they could not get into my yard. Daniel had the rope qualifications and the experience. The trees were about 60 feet high and were right next to my house, fence, shed and gazebo. I confirmed Daniel had liability insurance. Daniel was so professional he did not come close to damaging anything. He was truly amazing. He knew how to handle the ropes and did not require any other special equipment. Terrible trimming service, they destroyed my flower beds underneath my tree and didnt bother to…read moreprotect them. I called them regarding this and they do not care and said that is expected to happen. the dead branches won't be picked up until few days later which is still on top of all my flowers which is going to die. (this was done on Wednesday and it took them 8 days later to pick up the dead branches which was next Thursday) i've also spoke with the estimater prior and asked him besides trimming the dead branches, if he could also cut higher up so you could see the house more and he said no problem and won't be any extra. after my tree was cut, it was not high enough and i've called them and the owner got on the phone and she told me there will be extra charges, however the estimater said it was fine. get your tree trimmed elsewhere!
