This rating is for the service requested from the company. Find another company. Their posted rate is misleading. You MUST subscribe the WHOLE summer. Other companies will start a subscription whenever you want - does not have to be the whole summer. They have a la carte service - which means you can hire them one time for a higher price. So I hired them to cut my lawn as needed basis which meant I did not subscribe the whole summer. It was agreed in a telephone conversation that they would make an exception and charge me $5 to take the grass away as this was not part of their service. My grass was not taken away twice - as previously discussed. So, I emailed the company and they responded that the $5 charge was for BAGGING the grass. What??? Every other company I have dealt with has NEVER charged me for BAGGING grass. I wish someone would be honest. I will not continue with this company next year. There are others who may be a little more expensive, but more reliable. Sorry Moweco.

I hired MowEco to cut my lawn this summer. They have a number of mowers on contract, so I can't speak for them all, but the fellow who did my yard was very neat, and bagged up the grass clippings and left them by my back gate so I could easily get them out to the recycling. Prices are really reasonable, starting at about $21 per mow.

It is also very frustrating trying to speak with someone in the company to reason with them. Basically once they secure the payment (which they took in full the day I registered), you are on your own. In the future, I'll certainly take my business elsewhere.

I submitted a request for services that they do not provide, which is partially my fault. However,…read morethey had plenty of opportunity to correct me, as I was very specific with my request. They simply accepted my payment, showed up and did basically nothing, and refused to refund me, despite the fact that no actual work was done. I feel like this is a reflection of poor customer service and ridiculously stringent policies that don't allow for refunds when they are fully merited. If my needs are ever in line with their services, I guarantee I'll take my business elsewhere.

From what I've witnessed, communication became extremely difficult once problems came up, and instead of properly resolving the damage and concerns, they were left feeling unsupported and stuck trying to figure things out themselves.
