very poor customer service and lack of responsiveness to listen to my concerns. The actual work is really of very poor quality as compared to other companies I dealt with in the past. It is also very frustrating trying to speak with someone in the company to reason with them. I submitted a request for services that they do not provide, which is partially my fault. However, they had plenty of opportunity to correct me, as I was very specific with my request. They simply accepted my payment, showed up and did basically nothing, and refused to refund me, despite the fact that no actual work was done. I feel like this is a reflection of poor customer service and ridiculously stringent policies that don't allow for refunds when they are fully merited. If my needs are ever in line with their services, I guarantee I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Green Drop removed a diseased elm from our property today...it was pretty big, at least 100 years old and 10 feet in diameter....it was about 2 meters from our house and about a meter from the fence. They removed it in one day, cleanly and professionally. Didn't touch the fence or the house..I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed...very professional clean job.
