This company does not deserve anyone's business! After seeing an ad in the local paper I called to try and get someone to come down and give us a quote for attic insulation. I specifically mentioned that I was calling a few companies to get a handful of quotes because I had no idea how much it should cost us. The woman who answered the phone was rude and asked numerous times for my ecoenergy registration number. I asked her why she would need my registration number for a quote and she replied that they would need it for the application. I told her that I only wanted a quote and I didn't say that I was hiring them at this point and I was checking out if there were any deals with any company at this time. She immediately told me that they wouldn't be the cheapest and that I should just call someone else if I was looking to get a cheap price. I informed her that I wasn't looking to get a cheap price but I was only calling some reputable companies to find out how much things would cost. She questioned me about how I would know if the companies were reputable and continued to be pushy.
