We had a 50 year old basswood tree that was three stories or higher. It had a large crack down the center of the base. If it fell on our house we would have not had any roof left and may have caused additional damage. It has to be completely removed. Our neighbours down the street had used Tree Ninjas and were pleased with the work. I had another company that wanted to use a crane and bucket system but this would not have worked out. Tree Ninjas arrived on the date agreed upon. I was worried about the winds but they kept an eye on the weather. As noted this tree was three stories, or more, high. These young men knew what they were doing, checked all their equipment, wore all PPE and worked the whole day. There was a stop as the rain deluged the crew but as soon as it was safe they finished and then cleaned up our yard and the driveway. The quote they gave me was what I was billed for. No extra charges. I am very please with everything that was done and this company is a class act. The tree ninja team came today and did a superb job. I give the guys huge credit for working hard all day in plus 40 heat! I supplied them with plenty of ice cool water which they enjoyed. I offer them a break inside to cool off with AC but they never came inside. Great group of guys. Friendly and professional at all times. I couldn't be happier with their work. I had googled best tree companies in Winnipeg and they were in the top three listed. Good communication and they got the job done as soon as they could. They took the time to send someone out to go through what I wanted and had a quote to me within hours. I highly recommend this company for any of their services you may need. Tree Ninjas did a job to remove 3 trees from my property this week and I was very pleased with the transaction from start to finish. A personable sales rep showed up promptly in person to quote the job and gave me the written quote on-line within 15 minutes. Some companies quoted unreasonable prices but theirs was the most reasonable among the four quotes I got. I accepted their quote and received an immediate confirmation on-line. Within 9 days from the first visit in mid-October they were at my location with the bucket truck and removed the trees carefully and skillfully taking great care to protect the property and cleaned up the whole site as if they were never there. This is the first time I have used the Ninjas, and I must say, they lived up to their reputation. They are very friendly and professional. From the request for a quote, to the first visit, to the final day of the job, they would send reminder emails that they were coming by, and follow up emails to say the job was done (I was not even home when they came by) After the tree was cut, they removed and cleaned up the whole area, and even took a leaf blower to the driveway to clean up any twigs and leafs. This is the second time we've used Tree Ninjas - the first time to remove some trees, and then this year we needed some branches removed from our big, beautiful pine tree that unfortunately was touching our neighbours garage roof and their cable wires. I used this company to remove a large part of a beautiful elm tree that was hanging onto my roof. The guys showed up on time, and were very pleasant. They consulted with me the whole time to make sure I was happy with the work being done. They were knowledgeable and were concerned about keeping the tree healthy, which made me happy. We had to have a large 20' cedar tree removed from our front yard. They came out next day and gave us a reasonable quote. They arrived a few days later to do the work. Our company does telcom work on the utility poles and we occasionally have to rim branches. We are not equipped to remove the the trimmings in a timely manor. So, I contacted a couple of tree service companies. Three Ninjas was the only one that was willing to clean up for us. They provided a reasonable quote and removed the branches in a timely manor.
