After looking online at a number of RV Part Suppliers I came across United RV Center and they had the exact replacement part I was looking for in stock with a host of shipping options which were all priced pretty reasonable - They have a wonder online store that is very easy to navigate, once I placed the order I immediately got an order confirmation email, within a few hours I got the tracking information and then a delivery confirmation once the part arrived. This was a seamless transaction and I really appreciated the frequent communications and updates. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma.
