Just walk in and try to figure out the place. And then there it is. At the far end of the small room is the place to order with menues on a wall. Very unconventional. After the food is prepared, a person brings your order to your table. I ordered a large Chilli and was disappointed. There was plenty of items in it, plenty of ground beef, but it just didn't taste like traditional chilli. I was disappointed. From the Flying Elbows publicly, it is a burger specialty restaurant. I must admit that I'm old fashioned and not accustomed to this type of simplistic service and would rather be waited on. But, they have extensive bar service and that made up for the lack of true service....smile. I shall be back once more to try one of their burgers, but I sure do miss being waited on and leaving a nice sized tip for excellent service. But what do I know, I'm just an old man.
