You order at the counter and they bring your food out to your table. Service was very fast. They also have breakfast options - bagels and sandwiches - as well as a few soup options daily. I would highly recommend.

It was 11am when we arrived and we were one of the first to order and the service was quick. By the time we finished our meal the place was getting packed. I had the Capicola sandwich ( had a little heat - baguette roll was soft and fresh) with potato salad - they were both very good. My wife had the Steak on a Baguette with chips. She said it was very flavorful. This place hit the spot. If I lived in Morgantown and was looking for a butcher this would be the place. You can see the butchers in their meat room preparing their selections. When you are wanting a quality sandwich I would recommend this restaurant. I enjoy a local restaurant over a chain.

I did not get a call from them until 7:40 pm to tell me that my order would not be delivered. They cooked my entire order before calling me. The person I talked to told me that they will drive past my road, to get to the next town (2 streets over), but the owner does not allow them to "turn right" down my road. The website also allowed me to put in my address for delivery. I will never order from them due to the fact they will drive past my road for deliveries but will not drive down it because it's on the right side. Make it make sense!!!

As for the Italian, it seemed a bit skimpy on the meat serving. And there were caramelized onions on half of the sandwhich that we didn't order? So that was odd but it tasted good! I especially liked the oregano and the oil/dressing! The chipotle chicken was a cheesesteak style sandwich with chicken, could've used some more flavor and was a bit dry. Not a bad experience but not one I'd go out of the way for based off this experience alone. The employees seemed nice but a bit frazzled- there was only handful of people in the store if that, but seemed as though they had some larger and multiple online orders. Inside it's a pretty simple sub shop with concrete floors and plenty of tables. The floor was extremely sticky and the bathrooms were not dirty but unorganized.
