We called the body shop and were able to get in for an estimate within a half hour. Connor looked at fender cover, went and got a screw, and after manipulating the fender cover into position, put the screw in and we were good to go. He said there was no charge, as it would be more work to write it up than what the charge would be. We were soooooo Thankful to have this potential problem solved so quickly and easily. THANK YOU, Connor

Like the previous reviewer, we also worked with Scott, and he was excellent!…read more From the moment we called in, his customer service was fantastic. He remembered my dad from a sale almost 20 years ago. When we went to test drive the car, he was there, answering any questions we had, showing us how things worked, encouraging us to go on a long drive, etc. When it came to buying the car, he did everything he could to work with us. Since I'm in Wisconsin, he and the office crew researched how much it would cost to title and plate the car here, as well as what sales tax I'd have to pay. He also turned over all the papers they had gotten from the previous owners, gave me a temporary MN permit so I'd be legal to drive home, etc, etc. When we picked up the car (the service department removed the tint for us), the service guys were super friendly and helpful. We've also had a previous experience here -- back in 2009 we had a PT Cruiser that we had bought elsewhere, and since they were the local Chrysler dealer, we contacted them to put in a block heater. They did it quickly, inexpensively, and were very friendly to work with despite the fact that we did not go to them for service or anything. These guys are truly fantastic, and they stand behind both their new and used vehicles. As things stand currently, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Did research online and found the TCM needed a software update. Now working at a local repair shop of my own I was leary about going to another shop, but we don't have the technology to do software updates. While talking to Duane I was told that my car had been set up with engine performance updates which was throwing the car for a loop. They reset the engine computer and reprogrammed the rest of the computers in my car, and I will say the car drove like a dream after that. I also brought in my 2011 Dodge Durango for a seat belt retractor issue. They got me in right away the day after I brought it to them, got it fixed and got the car back to me all within a couple days. All in all I will say these guys are awesome and will work with anyone. They have been willing to help and take care of any questions that I have. I will not hesitate to go to them in the future for anything.

We did so, and wow. We will never be going back to this place ever again. The car was $2,000 over Blue Book price and made horrible sounds while driving. The car also did not shift gears. When we talked to the salesman about all of this, he waved us off and told us that -someone- would pay the $2k over Blue Book price. As for the mechanical issues, he refused to believe us, despite the fact my dad has been fixing cars and other engines for most of his life. Really a disappointment. My family got an amazing car from here when it was DeBoer motors, but the current customer service folks apparently don't give a rip about treating potential customers right. If you're going to sell your car for $2k over Blue Book price, sure, do it. But you'd better be nice to the customer that brings it up and explain why, rather than just wave them off. In short: Horribly overpriced, cars may or may not work correctly, and awful customer service. Avoid.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 eco diesel from this place, I have owned it for two and a half…read moreweeks and it's having a lot of problems. I'm still within the 30 days of purchase so I called the dealership to see what they could do for me, and both the sales manager I spoke with and the owner of the place were very rude and unprofessional. I first called and spoke to the salesman Doug, I told him my problem and he referred me to the service dept. so I spoke with them, and they told me to call Chrysler. I talked with a caseworker at Chrysler, and then called Doug back to tell him what I found out. He was less than thrilled with what I told him that Chrysler told me. He then decided to raise his voice and tell me that Chrysler couId drive out and fix it if that's what they think. I ended the phone call to avoid further getting yelled at and waited til Monday (2-15-21) to call and speak with the owner of the company, a guy named Mark. I told him my situation and explained how I was treated by his salesman and he didn't seem to have a care at all, I didn't matter. I explained that I would need the truck towed as the air suspension was out and it's not safe to drive with the ETC light on. They informed me that I would have to find a tow truck and pay for it out of pocket, and most likely cover all other expenses out of pocket that aren't covered under the factory drive train warranty that expires in 11 days. Now I'm stuck with a shitty truck I have to pay for that won't drive down the road and perform like they said it would. This company won't stand behind their vehicles and I highly do not recommend doing business with them. They are very unprofessional and treat people like they don't matter. You would think when you make a $30-40,000 investment the dealership you're putting your trust into would stand behind it. Save your time, your money, and a lot of stress. Do yourself a favor and drive to a reputable dealer. Even if you have to drive out of your way, you will still be money ahead. I promise.

My experience with Estherville GMC of Coleman Automotive was flat-out disappointing. Be careful if…read moreyou deal with them. They advertise low prices, but those prices don't include a pile of hidden fees. On top of that, if you don't trade a vehicle with them or finance through them, they tack on even more charges. Not exactly transparent. They also claim they "love all trades" and pay top dollar. Not true in my case. They already knew what I had, I showed it exactly as advertised, and still they dragged me through VINs, photos, and back-and-forth just to come back with excuses about the "slow market" and offer me way under value. Felt like a tactic just to wear me down. My sales rep was Chris White, and the whole approach was the classic good cop/bad cop routine with the sales manager. At one point I even got a text saying my offer was accepted, then ten minutes later they changed their mind and said it was revoked because another dealer wanted the truck at MSRP. That doesn't add up--dealers buy at invoice, not MSRP. Just felt dishonest. For a GMC dealer--which is supposed to represent a more premium GM brand--I expected some class. Instead, it was the same old "wham-bam" auction-style sales tactics. I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They're not transparent and they're not trustworthy.
