Called for Geico road side assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self. I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911. Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service. Besides you, no other towing company is available to tow my car on Sunday. Thank you so much for Richard's Auto Repair & Towing You are my life saver! Five stars Thank you for Minnesota Nice too!

We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair. Thank you Richard's Auto for repairing the truck but most importantly taking care of our son! Above and beyond!

We called the body shop and were able to get in for an estimate within a half hour. Connor looked at fender cover, went and got a screw, and after manipulating the fender cover into position, put the screw in and we were good to go. He said there was no charge, as it would be more work to write it up than what the charge would be. We were soooooo Thankful to have this potential problem solved so quickly and easily. My dad was interested in buying a car for me, and he found a car here that interested him. It was…read morea '98, but with only 82k miles. So my dad thought it would be worth it to check out! We did so, and wow. We will never be going back to this place ever again. The car was $2,000 over Blue Book price and made horrible sounds while driving. The car also did not shift gears. When we talked to the salesman about all of this, he waved us off and told us that -someone- would pay the $2k over Blue Book price. As for the mechanical issues, he refused to believe us, despite the fact my dad has been fixing cars and other engines for most of his life. Really a disappointment. My family got an amazing car from here when it was DeBoer motors, but the current customer service folks apparently don't give a rip about treating potential customers right. If you're going to sell your car for $2k over Blue Book price, sure, do it. But you'd better be nice to the customer that brings it up and explain why, rather than just wave them off. In short: Horribly overpriced, cars may or may not work correctly, and awful customer service. Avoid.

Like the previous reviewer, we also worked with Scott, and he was excellent!…read more From the moment we called in, his customer service was fantastic. He remembered my dad from a sale almost 20 years ago. When we went to test drive the car, he was there, answering any questions we had, showing us how things worked, encouraging us to go on a long drive, etc. When it came to buying the car, he did everything he could to work with us. Since I'm in Wisconsin, he and the office crew researched how much it would cost to title and plate the car here, as well as what sales tax I'd have to pay. He also turned over all the papers they had gotten from the previous owners, gave me a temporary MN permit so I'd be legal to drive home, etc, etc. When we picked up the car (the service department removed the tint for us), the service guys were super friendly and helpful. We've also had a previous experience here -- back in 2009 we had a PT Cruiser that we had bought elsewhere, and since they were the local Chrysler dealer, we contacted them to put in a block heater. They did it quickly, inexpensively, and were very friendly to work with despite the fact that we did not go to them for service or anything. These guys are truly fantastic, and they stand behind both their new and used vehicles. As things stand currently, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

While talking to Duane I was told that my car had been set up with engine performance updates which was throwing the car for a loop. They reset the engine computer and reprogrammed the rest of the computers in my car, and I will say the car drove like a dream after that. I also brought in my 2011 Dodge Durango for a seat belt retractor issue. They got me in right away the day after I brought it to them, got it fixed and got the car back to me all within a couple days. All in all I will say these guys are awesome and will work with anyone. They have been willing to help and take care of any questions that I have. I will not hesitate to go to them in the future for anything.
