Our wedding appeared to flow seamlessly and that was all because of Yoli. I remember emailing This DJ to ask about dj services and Yoli replied back to me right away. I personally appreciated that because a lot of vendors I contacted either responded much later or not at all. I could tell Yoli and DJ Rio were very professional and that they valued me as a client. Yoli was so kind and met us last year on Mothers Day! We had to drive from San Diego to Los Angeles so she definitely made the effort to see us and talk to us about being our wedding reception dj and emcee. We were impressed with how informative and experienced she was. We were definitely going to hire Yoli and DJ Rio to be our dj and emcee because they just seemed to be the best in their field. About six weeks before our wedding date, my husband and I went to speak to the manager at our reception venue. We wanted to know how they were going to set up our banquet area and what specific rules they had. The manager informed us that the banquet room was given to a bigger wedding party even though we put a deposit down. My husband and I were crushed. We would have to cancel our reception and tell all of the vendors we could no longer use them. There was no time to find another venue. I remember calling Yoli and talking to her on the phone. I was so upset. All she was interested in was calming me down and assuring me that I was still going to have an amazing wedding, even if there was not going to be a reception. She wanted to give me our deposit back, but I didn't think that was fair since she had reserved that night for our wedding. I asked her if she would be my day-of wedding coordinator instead and assist me before and during the ceremony. She agreed and was more than happy to help. I ended the conversation very happy and optimistic about our wedding. That was all thanks to Yoli. When people call Yoli a wedding godmother, they are definitely correct. On our wedding day, Yoli managed all the little problems that came up with ease. She helped calm me down and communicated with me and my husband. She was really friendly and got along well with our family members and photographers. She took care of my belongings and placed them in a safe location. Everything I was not comfortable asking family members to do, she was happy to do without hesitating. I was so happy to have her by my side. She took a great burden of stress off of me. When we got to the church, I remember Yoli straightening out my dress and fixing my veil right as the bridal entrance song started to play. She was absolutely my wedding fairy godmother. My husband and I are so blessed and grateful that Yoli was there to help us on our wedding day. We could not have picked a more perfect person to help us for our wedding. She was there to help during the sad times and happy times. She always went above and beyond what we asked. She was truly happy to help us with anything we needed. Thank you Yoli for being there for us and seeing our wedding ceremony through from start to finish. We believe that we were meant to find you so you could help us have the wedding ceremony we always wanted despite the setbacks we came across. We would highly recommend you and your husband to anyone getting married!!! We are forever thankful for your help and care. You are the perfect wedding godmother!!!

Wedding planning can be so stressful so to have an experienced emcee and dj who knows what they are doing, when they are needed and how to improvise, really takes the stress off. He was professional, showed up to every meeting on time and was efficient! The day of was perfect, he made our guests laugh, got people dancing and was clear with instructions when it came to eat. Would absolutely hire again!

Our number one requirement for our wedding DJ was to feel completely confident about the sound…read moresystem and the flow of the day once the ceremony started. A lot of DJs we spoke with were focused on throwing a rager but glossed over details that mattered to us, like making sure we'd be heard clearly during the ceremony. In our calls with Chris, in addition to trying to get a feel for the music we wanted, he took the time to understand what we wanted and did not want on our big day, and made sure we felt secure with what was going to happen. It was such a huge relief when we first talked to him. In the planning process, we gave full input on dinner and dancing playlists, which was our preference, but it was also clear he would've curated an amazing set on his own. He helped set realistic expectations for how crowds ebb and flow on the dance floor so we didn't stress when fewer people were dancing at certain moments. And he did an awesome job taking a massive list of guest song requests we'd collected in Apple Music using it to rotate through different styles and requests to keep different groups of friends and family dancing. Chris was also receptive to our additional requests and executed them flawlessly throughout the day and night, like reminding guests to use the photobooth and sign our guestbook, giving intro speeches before the bride and groom's tosses, and helping us cut songs like the first dance and mother-son dances to be the right length. We had an amazing time dancing. And the company also provided a photobooth assistant who was super helpful and made sure our guests were able to smoothly use the booth.

Let me start with, I'm horrible at planning anything! My fiancé and I went to view this venue and…read morewhen we tell you we fell in love with how gorgeous it was it's an understatement. The important thing to note here is that they do a lot of weddings! Towards the beginning they were undergoing a lot of changes within staff and it was difficult initially to contact them or get a response which was extremely frustrating. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you to everyone who helped create our magical day sorry if I was a stressed wreck initially but you guys definitely delivered and made me look good because like I said I can't plan anything accordingly. To see how great it turned out you guys definitely know how to make everything feel perfect. 12.2.21

Please do your homework and do your research about this venue before booking!…read more First of, our son and daughter in law booked this venue way too early, like a year and half before their wedding date. Although it is a pretty venue, the communication from their staffing is horrible!!! They don't return phone calls or emails after they get your booking. My husband and I wanted to get involved prior to our son's booking, but our son is 27 yrs old. We thought he's old enough to handle doing business with this venue. Wrong! This venue knows how to up-sale about their property. They know that young brides and grooms are emotional. They capture on that emotion and tells you anything to get the booking. Lisa, the manager couldn't careless after she received the deposit and final payments. I've called and left numerous messages multiple times with the venue staffers that I needed to speak to Lisa. Not once did she ever returned my phone calls. On the day of the wedding, as the mother of the groom, I was served pizza!!! Our son asked about a special menu for vegetarians, pescatarians and vegans. During the sales pitch, their salesperson told our son and his bride that there wasn't any issues making special meals for those guests, me being one of them. Can you believe the nerve of this venue served me pizza on the day of the wedding??? Before the wedding, our son and his bride did the food testing. They were told no one else could come to do the food tasting. Mind you, we were the ones that paid for this venue. Our daughter in law forwarded me an email from the venue, by their chef, that no one else could come to the food tasting. Anyhow, not only myself was given pizza, our other 2 guests were also served pizza. Mind you, there were only 3 guests total that had a special dietary restriction. I was so embarrassed and horrified. I had to tell my aunt and the bride's grandmother weren't notified ahead that the venue was serving individual pizzas to dietary guests. The venue could at least offered some sort of vegetables or couscous, but nope, nothing!!!!! I can give you a very long list, but I'll only give 3. Number 1: Food wasn't cracked up to be. Even their regular menu like the basic of chicken and red meat, was real bad. Number 2: We paid for a Photo Booth thru the venue. The photo booth folks never showed up. Although the venue refunded the money, but all was lost of having our guests take pictures for memories are long gone. Luckily we paid for good photographers (like 4 photographers+videographers). They were able to capture some moments of our families and guests. Number 3: We had wedding crashers! The venue told our son they will have 3 security guards on the wedding dat. We saw none, not only 1 insight. These wedding crashers had the gall to eat cakes, ordered alcohol at the bar and joined our guests on the dance floor!!! Mind you we paid for a premium package which included open bars. Our daughter in law contacted the venue to let them know about all these issues, they didn't offered any compensation or some sort of refunds accept for the photo booth that never showed up. We have 2 other children. We'll never use this venue going forward. We told all of our friends about this venue. A lot of them were at the wedding, so they too know not to book this venue for their own children's weddings. This venue isn't worth mentioning their names. Lake Oak Meadows is pretty but not worth your money to book. There's plenty of beautiful venues around. So please, please ask questions, do comparison before booking. Don't let them tell you that they've a special going on and if you don't book right then and there that you'll loose the deal. It's not worth your money!

Tony sat us down and gave a brief history of his business and of himself, as well as being a member of the Amer. DJ Assoc. At this time during the meeting, my wife and I are waiting for the bomb to drop on how much all this is going to cost us. To our surprise the cost was extremely reasonable and we booked him immediately. Tony, good to his word, was there early setting up and by the time the wedding guests showed up he was in full Tux and ready to work. He got the entire crowd movin and groovin, and playin games keeping everyone entertained, until it was time to wrap it up. I would highly recommend Tony again for any one of my friends. Thank you Tony for doing a fantastic job.

First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. We were there. And no tables in the insanely beautiful courtyard.... The whole reason I traveled 300 miles for this venue.
