Because he was so on top of everything, none of us had to worry about anything because we knew Shawn had us covered. In talking with them they made us feel like we were their only customer and they were putting our wants and needs first. All we received were emails saying they would let us know later, instead of just answering the questions in the email. They also claimed two weeks before the wedding that we were late on our deposit, which wasn't due until a week before the wedding. Additionally, they lost our confirmation papers a week before the wedding. Finally, we didn't hear from our DJ until 5 days before the wedding. Overall, it was far too stressful and tedious to deal with them and i would advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.
