He met with us beforehand to make sure the music was catered perfectly to our personalities and the theme of the reception. They also claimed two weeks before the wedding that we were late on our deposit, which wasn't due until a week before the wedding. Overall, it was far too stressful and tedious to deal with them and i would advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.

First of all, his friendly and outgoing personality would put any bride at ease. I'm convinced he's responsibly for coining the term "happy wife, happy life." A couple weeks before the wedding, Jeff FaceTimed with my husband and I for almost an entire hour. We got acquainted with each other and then he walked us through our entire evening to ensure that it went smoothly. Any questions we had, he answered. Any concerns or requests were taken care of as well. When the wedding day came, there was absolutely no confusion whatsoever. A literal 90 seconds before the wedding party was introduced into the reception I asked Jeff if he could change the song that my husband and I would be walking into. 90 SECONDS, PEOPLE! DO YOU KNOW HOW AGGRAVATING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN? He changed it immediately with pleasure. The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night, the sound/volume of the microphones for the ceremony and speeches was perfect. There just were absolutely no issues whatsoever (except for maybe the fact that the more wine I consumed was directly correlated to the amount of times I requested Trap Queen by Fetty Wap -- which he played more than once due to my adamant requests - sorry guests! I can't help myself!) Anyway, I will be recommending Complete Weddings + Events (and name-dropping Jeff until the day I die) to all friends and family for all of their wedding needs!

Our experience with this wedding photography company was extremely disappointing…read more Of the hundreds of photos we received, only about 10 looked professional and were worthy of a wedding album. During our portrait session, the photographer would not walk more than a short distance from the bus and provided little to no direction on posing, positioning, or capturing meaningful moments. We had specifically requested certain shots before and during the wedding, but many of those photos were never taken. The photographer also left early without informing us. After the wedding, we waited nearly two months to receive our photos because we were told they were being edited. When we finally received the gallery, it was obvious that many photos had received little or no editing. There were random people visible in the backgrounds, numerous blurry and out-of-focus images, and many photos that should have been deleted rather than delivered to clients. Some shots were so poorly framed and timed that they looked accidental. When we contacted the company with our concerns, they agreed to re-edit the photos. However, we received the same gallery back multiple times with little to no noticeable improvement. After going through this process repeatedly, we requested a refund and access to the original files so we could seek help elsewhere. The company initially offered only $100 in compensation; we spent over $5000 which felt insulting considering the quality of the work and the importance of wedding photos. After further discussions, they eventually agreed to provide what they claimed were the original files. Downloading these files took hours and required an enormous amount of storage space. We later learned from other photographers that the files were not actually the original RAW files but had been converted into another format through their system. As a result, we are now left with a massive collection of files that we cannot easily view or use. Wedding photos are something you only get one chance to capture. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by poor communication, missed moments, low-quality images, and a frustrating attempt to resolve the situation afterward. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
