I would not recommend WOW Entertainment to anyone who is getting married. We emailed them back and…read moreforth trying to get confirmations and various information. All we received were emails saying they would let us know later, instead of just answering the questions in the email. They also claimed two weeks before the wedding that we were late on our deposit, which wasn't due until a week before the wedding. Additionally, they lost our confirmation papers a week before the wedding. Finally, we didn't hear from our DJ until 5 days before the wedding. Overall, it was far too stressful and tedious to deal with them and i would advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.

Very unkind and unfriendly…read more Had to be asked more than once if he would please announce the whole wedding party and not just the bride and groom and when he finally did- NO music was played during that time and yes he was paid to do this as it was at the beginning of the dance not before dinner had started and during the dance watch out, because if more than one person woudl ask to request the same song, not even knowing someone else had asked- He literally said whoever keeps asking me to play the song it doesn't matter who asks I don't have it so tell everyone to quit asking! Are you kidding me- what is wrong with a polite- nope sorry don't have it, I don't care if you are asked 100 times in one night-it's not like it was the same person each time, and regardless it's your damn JOB! It's no wonder they call themselves WOW entertainment- becuase we were all WOWED with such RUDE BEHAVIOR!!
