I gave Lucy very little direction, and she just created the vision and pulled it off flawlessly. Talk about making my life easier! In addition to taking the work off my shoulders by making perfect design decisions, Lucy was a god-send on event day. I have a lot of event planning experience, and it is incredibly rare that a vendor shows up and just does their job. Generally, everyone asks a million questions and needs a lot of direction. Lucy, however, arrived with a smile on her face and JUST GOT TO WORK. On event day, there is nothing better than a helper who just takes initiative. It is beyond clear to me that Lucy is a very experienced professional in her field. Without a doubt, I would never hesitate to trust Redefined Designs and Events to take on even more event planning roles in the future. What a rock star.

Not sure why the reviews are low but we had a great experience. This was a great place to stay…read more First the room We had a lovely room with a king sized bed. Everything looked new, carpet, TV, etc. The no door, walk in shower was great. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. Checkin was easy and staff was super helpful in giving us a quick overview. Next the gambling We mostly played craps and had a great experience. The table staff was funny and chatty. The first night we played by ourselves. The next two times there were a few people at the table enjoying the fun. We won a little but had a lot of fun. Now the golf The course is a links type layout so no trees and long grass. The forward tees were about 5200 yards which is a good distance. I even got a birdie on #8 which never happens. Cart had GPS. Range balls are included in your green fees. The greens, fairways, and tee boxes were in great shape. Lots of workers on the course making sure it was well maintained. I really enjoyed playing the course and we played in about 3.5 hours. And finally food We ate in Ruthie's which I rated separately. We also had breakfast in the cafe which was just ok. First day I had a latte and the caramel cinnamon rolls. Second day the fruit and a toasted bagel. I did love that they offered to warm up the rolls and toast the bagel. Staff was great.

There was no one at the snack bar to help with enjoying a late dinner. Was told you have to pay with your players card and if we didn't have enough points, we couldn't get anything from their snack bar. When asked if we can pay cash or credit card, they said having points in the players club is the only option. Also, security closed off the entrance closest to the hotel north area which made it hard for our handicapped person to get back to their room. She had to walk around all around the casino to get to north hotel area for someone that has difficulty walking. Hope these things can be improved.

Please note, I was banned from her Facebook page before I was even given the opportunity to write a…read morereview. That's no way to treat a paying customer. Brianna appears to have promising talent behind the camera and came highly recommended by other photographers, but her attitude and professionalism left something to be desired. If you have a problem with your session, don't expect her to make it right. Brianna offered to do our family vacation photographs after I asked for photographer recommendations in a private photography group. She booked the trip based on my paid session. Then she booked her accommodations 6-7 hours away, drove all night for our shoot (which she was 30 minutes late for) and was unprepared for posing, getting the attention of small children and the layout/location. There was also a miscommunication about time to file delivery so in my eyes the files were a week late. When the files did arrive, the teaser images that were posted on Facebook were not included. When I contacted her about my dissatisfaction with the whole process and the missing images, she replied that "photographers are hard to please" and then ignored my request for a resolution for a week. We also have an ongoing disagreement about the color difference in the teaser images and the final delivered images. The teaser images are golden and lighter than the other final images to such a degree that trying to hang them in a grouping wouldn't look right. She also did not take the time to edit out random people and trash cans from behind us on the beach. This is something I can do, but shouldn't have to in a paid session. In short, I paid a lot of money to have images that I now can't use because of color differences and the bad taste that has been left in my mouth from the whole experience. 9/18/2015 Update: I have not responded to Brianna's messages about this because she felt no need to respond to my messages when we were having issues. It wasn't until I posted asking for advice about the situation in a Facebook group (without mentioning her name) that her mentor contacted me and acted as a go between for Brianna and I. After that, Brianna did in fact do a handful of re-edits but I had to contact her yet again because the file size was very small. Brianna did send me a larger size of one group family image that I wanted for my Dad when asked, but after all I had been through with this situation I knew I wouldn't print any others anyway and just let it go. As far as my children being difficult and her choice of accommodations, I stand by my original review. I told her up front my children were difficult to photograph, and I understand that 2.5 year old twins are difficult in general so it's probably a good idea to sleep the night before you shoot them and also have a plan for getting their attention beyond "hey look right here!" Additionally, since I posted this review I've been contacted by others who felt similarly about their session so just beware.

The rooms though basic are super clean and well appointed. Great amenities such as newer tv, coffee free pots, etc. the Libby is also very clean with ample seating room and a comfortable lounge. They even have a few picnics c tables for outdoor seating I noticed guests taking advantage of. They have a very large indoor pool and hot tub that was excellent after a long days driving. The parking lot is large with plenty to f room for any vehicle from auto to RV or Semi- truck. Even the surrounding are had many excellent dining options from casual to fine and so many various activities. I noticed plenty of families and happy kids running around. There a nice basic hot breakfast every morning. Who can beat that. I travel often and stay a lot of time laced and these folks rank right up there with the best.
