We had DJ Lejas Entertainment for our wedding reception and DJ Alex DID NOT disappoint at all. There was someone on the dance floor at every point of the night. He did such a great mix of our music. DJ Lejas Entertainment - DJs Near Me

DJ Lejas is the best! He is everything you want out of your DJ. He has great vibes, knows how to read the crowd, and knows how to mix songs! He is also flexible and intuitive and will make your wedding smooth without a ton of input. He was the first vendor that my wife and I had picked for our wedding because music was so important to us. I am a haole boy that grew up in Hawaii and my wife is Mexican so we wanted a DJ who could bring those cultures together, and DJ Lejas was the perfect pick. He even agreed to MC for us at the last minute and he was flawless and brought a ton of amazing energy! Mahalo nui loa y gracias for helping us start our marriage off right! read more

The BEST DJ money can buy! Worth every penny spent! Alex is very responsive to your emails and inquiries. Their service and attention to detail are on point! Blake was on time to set up! He was ready to go when the party started. He played the best music during dinner, award ceremony and when it was time to dance, the mix of music was pumping!! We've used DJ Lejas for our company's 3 events and we plan to use them for future events. Many thanks for a non-stressful experience! read more

Alex was an awesome DJ. His energy was amazing and he was able to keep that energy the whole night with music and a dance party! Highly recommend! read more

We hired DJ Lejas for our wedding at Queen Kapiolani Hotel (Leahi Room), his pricing was competitive and when we interviewed him he had the best energy and we could tell he'd be a good fit for our wedding, and we were right. This guy was the friendliest vendor at our wedding and probably had as much fun as most of the guests. He was great at getting the guests hyped throughout the night and he played the perfect mix throughout the night and got people on the dance floor. We also had a few specific requests on certain songs to play at specific moments and he executed moments seamlessly. Highly recommended for any DJ needs. Also mentioning this because there was some discomfort with other vendors we interviewed, we were a same sex wedding and never got any bad vibes from Alex on this topic read more

DJ Lejas is an absolute must-have vendor at your event! We got married on February 12, 2024, and not a single day goes by without us thinking about how amazing everything was! Since the day we decided we would be getting married in Oahu, I knew I wanted a DJ that spoke Spanish as the majority of our guests were Hispanic + we wanted to play a lot of Spanish music! I found DJ Lejas on Yelp and immediately contacted him. Since our first call, he was so excited for us and we just clicked and loved his vibe! The booking process was so easy + his method of using the app to get your favorite songs and timeline of events was so awesome! One of our biggest concerns for our wedding was the different dynamics that are both our families! My husband's family doesn't dance while my family are party people! We also wanted to play clean songs to make sure we didn't make our families uncomfortable. But let me tell you, DJ Lejas got everyone on the dance floor!!! This was SO crazy to us but SO awesome!! Both of our families were dancing with one another although most had never met before too!! When I tell you my husband and I did not sit once at our sweetheart table after we finished eating! Also while we were taking our pictures all we heard were our guests screaming and being loud of how entertained they were from him being the MC! My husband and I just kept looking at each other like what was going on down there and even had a little fomo haha! After the wedding, we got SOOO many compliments on the DJ by so many people! Some even thought I was related to him and everyone wanted me to send them the link to our playlists haha. We had the absolute best day of our lives and couldn't be more grateful for DJ Lejas! He truly is such an amazing person with a kind heart and KNOWS how to get people on the dance floor and STAY on the dance floor! Definitely exceeded our expectations, our guests did not want to stop dancing!! Truly Alex, thank you for playing such a big part in making our wedding dreams come true. Forever grateful and may God bless you and your business always! P.S my mom says thank you so much!! Marifrey & Bryan Escobar read more

Very good setup for karaoke and music that'll make your event phenomenal! DJ Blake, mahalo for making my sister's night the wedding of her dreams. You nailed the bride and grooms requested vibe with very little time to prepare. We extended for several hours and you happily said yes and rolled with the punches. Blake you da man!!!! I look forward to booking with DJ Lejas again (as long as DJ Blake is available) (_) read more

We can't Thank you enough Alex. Our wedding was a blast!!! You made it extra special with all the music/song requests. Our families had an amazing time and still talk about your expertise in music and song selections. If we could redo our wedding again, we wouldn't change anything! You made it fun and entertaining for everyone! You had everyone on their feet and the singing I believe was heard throughout the island (hahaha) we will come back to visit...who knows maybe even buy a house out here . Thank you so much Alex! Please keep posting and we will continue to relive these beautiful moments. Mike & Ofelia Alvarado read more

Where do I even begin... DJ Lejas and DJ Blake are hands down the best DJs on Oahu. Their website was incredibly user-friendly, asking all the right questions for my wedding just a few days ago. They're experts at setting the perfect vibe, whether it's a relaxed cocktail hour or high-energy EDM to end the night. The team is incredibly responsive, quickly adjusting the music to match the atmosphere. I don't know how you do it, but mad props for real. Thanks, DJ Lejas and DJ Blake, for making our special day even more magical! Mahalo! read more

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! Alex is an amazing DJ and MC! From the first zoom meeting we had with him, we knew we wanted to book him because he was so outgoing and kind. One of the best things we have booked at our wedding. The music choices were outstanding and everyone was having a blast at the dance floor - we did not want the part to end! The music was so good that we wanted to do a quick cake cutting and head back to the dance floor! His MC-ing was great too and he read the room so well! His outgoing personality really made everything so fun yet heartwarming! If you're looking for a DJ, do it! If you're looking for an MC, book Alex! No words can express how Josh and I are so appreciative of Alex and how happy everything turned out! read more

DJ Lejas and DJ Blake were the DJs for my wedding ceremony and reception. They were amazing! DJ Lejas created the best playlist to keep our guests on the dance floor. Coming from a Hispanic background my family loves to dance. So I was so happy everyone from different backgrounds had a memorable night. We originally didn't plan on having a DJ, but I'm here to say that it's worth the investment. It will be one less thing for you to worry about and he is a great MC to keep the party flowing at a good pace. Just like everyone tells you, the night will go by so quickly. So be sure to enjoy it and take it all in. read more

After a quick meeting to get a feel of DJ Lejas (Alex) and how he approaches weddings and the space that we went with, it was definitely the right choice! He provided professionalism, great communication, had answers to all of our questions, and helped us make our special day exactly what we wanted! He showed us how to use the Vibo app which makes inputting music, and explaining our vision for the ceremony and reception, and that made it much easier for planning. On the day of, we had DJ Blake, and he kept our dance floor packed with the songs that kept our guests dancing, jamming, and singing. They provided our space with great lighting and an MC who was funny and kept our guests entertained. We thank Alex and his entire team for helping make our wedding day one to remember! read more

Dj Lejas (Alex) was absolutely amazing ! Alex is an extremely professional, responsive, kind, and reasonably priced DJ. We will 10/10 recommend him to any and all our friends for their weddings/events!! We were initially introduced to Dj Lejas because was highly recommended by our emcee/photobooth vendors and we could not be more happier with his services! He is a genuinely nice person who is focused on making your event stress free so YOU can enjoy it! Alex sent us his pricing, quickly answered our questions, and was extremely responsive via email/phone- which we truly appreciated since we were on such a tight timeline in planning our wedding. He utilizes an easy to use phone app to add all your song choices, you can sync or add pre-made spotify playlists, apple music, and/or add songs via youtube. He and our emcee worked together so we did not have to send them the same information twice (saved us so much time)! On our wedding day, he arrived right on time, set-up, and he easily worked with our emcee vendor to ensure our song lists/program ran smoothly. He provided a spectacular sound system, audio system for our MC, and amazing lighting (360 lighting and multicolored lighting ) that elevated our wedding! All our guests (all ages) enjoyed the music. He played songs we had in our playlist and when we requested for more remixes/EDM towards the end of the night he delivered! He exceeded our expectations. We and our guests did NOT want to stop dancing! Thank you Alex for truly making our wedding such a special day not only for us but for all our guests! Do not hesitate in contacting him for your next event!!! read more

DJ Lejas was amazing at our Kualoa Ranch wedding! Each song flowed seamlessly into the next, hit after hit, to the point that no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Everyone was raving about the DJ, and the app he uses was easy to curate our wedding playlist (while still getting a few great surprise songs throughout the reception). Everyone had such a blast, we even danced to Abba & Love Story in the rain! We also got to use the new photo booth, and they went around taking a photo of each table which was a fun touch. read more

Best DJ ever. It was important to me to have a Latino DJ. He is the best. Best attitude, most responsive, speaks Spanish and can easily read Polynesian names. read more

We were looking for a wedding dj that can accommodate our beach ceremony venue and garden reception. Our wedding coordinator recommended DJ Lejas, since he has experience with that. Also, our wedding coordinator liked working with him. I thought our service was just ok. Months before the wedding I had asked if he can play this custom mix during our ceremony and if he can loop a certain part, I included the exact times and everything. I told him to let me know what he thought about the timeline of the song and if he is able to work with it. He said that he got it. On the day of the ceremony, when the song played, the song got so messed up. I am not sure how to explain it, but he looped a clearly wrong section, it sounded so bad and choppy. I was sort of mortified. I think if I weren't getting married, I would have definitely cried. I am so sad that I felt that way in that moment because it showed in the pictures (the before walking down the aisle photos). I just wished that if he was not able to play the custom song right, that he would have just told me. I also wished that if maybe it was going to sound choppy on his end that he would have just communicated with me, so we can either work something out or just pick an easier song. I am not sure, but maybe because of the choppy ceremony song situation he offered to emcee and give us additional lights during our reception for free, which was nice of him. We were actually going to have one of our friends emcee that night. When it came to the introductions for the reception, he said my husband's name wrong. It did confuse our guests for a second, but he did apologize. It's not the worse thing in the world, but I just feel like if you offer to emcee, you should say the client's name correctly. He said "Travis" instead of Trevor. Overall, I liked how we got to pick the music that we wanted beforehand. I believe he played majority of it. He was able to accommodate both our beach and garden venue, which we appreciated. It was nice he possibly tried to compensate us for the ceremony music. I admittedly am still not happy with what happened to the ceremony music, which is why I can't give 5 stars. We still had a fun time at our wedding. read more

Fantastic !! Dj Alex felt like a member of our family. Alex is amazing and goes above and beyond. You can tell he enjoys doing what he does. Our night was full of laughs and dancing. Everyone had such a fun time. Thank you for such a memorable night read more

DJ Lejas Entertainment - DJs Near Me

DJ Lejas is the best kept secret in all of Oahu! We can't recommend him more. DJ Lejas was extremely kind, patient, and collaborative throughout the entire process. As any married or engaged couple can appreciate, there is always so much to plan during a wedding. With DJ Lejas, we never had to worry about the quality he would bring. He met us when we were in Hawaii during our venue visit, and when our wedding day was coming up, he reached out to schedule a call and plan the details. With so much to worry about, we appreciated how proactive he was. Now to the actual wedding day-- DJ Lejas enhanced our wedding in every way. He provided beautiful uplighting that made our venue even more spectacular. He provided a quality sound system for our vocalist during the ceremony and cocktail hour. He brought the wow factor with his cold sparklers on the dance floor. He was an engaging and energizing MC throughout the night. Finally, he played the best music we've ever heard at a wedding. People were dancing all night. He played songs from our dance playlist, and often would play remixes even better than the original. Our wedding night would not have been what it was without DJ Lejas- thank you for providing such excellent service!! read more

Working with Alex was so easy! He responds quickly, is thorough, professional and a must book if you are looking for a deejay on O'ahu. Highly recommend, mahalo nui for making our daughters 25th Disco Paniolo and surprise wedding proposal so fun! read more

DJ Lejas spun for our wedding and did an excellent job! Not only was communication leading up to the event amazing (we had two prep calls as well as an app we could detail exactly the songs we wanted at certain points), but during and after the wedding he made sure we were taken care of. Aside from the amazing customer service he was obviously excellent at what he does. He kept the party going until the very end and had everyone dancing and singing along. I'd highly recommend DJ Lejas for your future wedding or party/gathering! read more

HOLY SHIT! Dj Lejas was FUCKING AMAZING! Full of energy and so so so so much fun! We asked for an edm rave vibe and he delivered and then some! His lighting, sound sytems, and co2 gun were phenomenol. He had everything we needed to make our reception perfect! His transitions were on point, which is so so so so important as a dj in my opinion. He kept the dancefloor poppin! Our guests had so much fun and couldn't stay off the dancefloor. They couldn't stop talking about how good DJ lejas was after the wedding and couldn't help but come up to us during the wedding and tell us how good of a dj he was. If you're unsure on who to book as your DJ... JUST BOOK HIM NOW! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I know for a fact even if you're not into the rave/edm vibe and would prefer different music, I know he would be the perfect dj to deliver what you want because he can read the room and transition perfectly into the next song and his beats are SICK. My knees and feet are still sore from dancing. Lol He was the icing on the cake for our wedding. If I lived in hawaii and threw any sort of party, I'd book him, HANDS DOWN! Do not sleep on Dj lejas he's hella good at what he does. read more

First off, Thank you to Alex and his team (DJ and Emcee) for putting on amazing wedding. I've had numerous guest come up to me and tell us how approachable, funny, and amazing they are. I had my wedding on August 18th and couldn't think of hiring anyone else on my wife and I's special day. Alex was professional, prompt, and very friendly. They utilize an app to help curate your playlist and timeline from beginning to end, ceremony, reception, bouquet toss, first dance that was just seamless. We understood what songs were going to be played and what songs were not based on the feedback we curated on the app. Alex, read the room and adjusted the music throughout the night and had many amazing remixes. For perspective, we had a guest take off his shirt and dance the night away and probably only 10% of people were in their seats for majority of the night. If you need a DJ, please go to Alex and his team. Thank you Alex for making the wedding so memorable. I'd give you 10 stars if I could! read more

DJ Lejas was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. My husband and I went out salsa dancing to a hotel he was DJ-ing at and immediately knew we had to have him for our big day! I had my wedding on 5/6/2023 and Alex was a standout vendor! My wedding coordinator shared with me later that he was the most helpful vendor and went beyond his role to make our wedding run smoothly. I really wanted to make sure that the dance floor was packed and DJ Lejas did just that. My guests were dancing the whole time. By the end of the night I had so many friends come up to me to compliment our DJ. DJ Lejas was a pleasure to work with and also at such a great price compared to other DJs. Saying Alejandro was great is an understatement. Our initial call with him was FUN. He got to know us, let us know a little about him, and then told us how he does things as a DJ. We knew by the end of the call that he was our guy. He has an app that makes choosing music so clear and so enjoyable that the activity of choosing and collecting songs was my and my fiancé's (now husband's) favorite part of wedding planning. The app allows your guests to get involved too and choose must-play songs. Day of Alejandro was prepared and ready to go. He came over to introduce himself and the rest of the night proceeded to give us and our guests one of the best dancing night of our lives. He always kept the music rolling and hardly anyone from our wedding left the dance floor. Thanks Alejandro for making our wedding day so special. We loved working with you! read more

Alex came highly recommended and we were excited to have him DJ our wedding. A few days before our wedding I had emailed him and his response informed us that he will not be DJing but his "right hand man" would be. We had never met him nor did he introduce himself to us. That was just the beginning. We had filled out the app as requested with procession songs, music for different parts of the reception. The first miss was they did not play the parent processional song which was a significant song as it was my something borrowed-my sisters wedding song who had passed a few years before. Then they were playing multiple songs in a row by the same artist. I think they just played the Beatles greatest hits during dinner, which included the groom and mother's first dance. Then, the DJ started playing the bride/groom's first dance during the father daughter dance. Next up, was the two songs that I specifically put on the app that I wanted played-one was played half way and as a remix. The second song I had to ask if they were going to play it as the night was coming to a close. He said oh I didn't know the song or it was requested. Really disappointed in the lack of communication, not only between Alex and I but what appears to be the lack of communication between Alex and his replacement. I could understand some errors but there were numerous, most of which could have be avoided if they looked at the information provided on the app. I voiced disappointment to my coordinator and said she would have Alex reach out and he never did. read more
