Our living room, family room and dinning room hardwood floors were very clean. The kitchen sink is like brand new. Awful! Unable to communicate our specific needs to Ashley, the owner. They cleaned three times…read moreand after each cleaning I spoke to Ashley about what I felt were problems with the result. The first time they cleaned Ashley was part of the cleaning team and things seemed to go well. They were here a little over an hour. The second time...no Ashley and they were gone in under an hour. This week...a whopping 45 minutes. Mind you we have 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, a great room, living room, dining room, laundry room, sun porch, office...45 minutes?!!! Really? They charge by the job; not by the hour so the the faster they get a job done...the more money they can make. I told Ashley that I'd rather pay for more time if they would do a more thorough job. So if all you want is "light" cleaning...these are your people. If you need anything more than light dusting, vacuuming, etc....look elsewhere. I spent more time cleaning up after the cleaners then they spent cleaning. They also refuse to give a scheduled time when they will arrive. Twice they caught us early in the morning and bee-lined for the bathrooms preventing us from even being able to brush our teeth! During my initial conversation with Ashley I made it clear that I was interested in "deep-cleaning" not routine over the top stuff. I cleaned houses myself for 15 years and have a family member who owns a professional cleaning service. I KNOW what services can and cannot be expected by cleaning companies. Ashley assured me they could and would surpass my expectations. Not! Duties are divided between the cleaning team. One does bathrooms, one does the kitchen and the poor third person does EVERYTHING else! They do not work as a team. It's no wonder that things...LOTS of things get missed. Ashley's employees were really sweet people for the most part...just seemed to have a very inefficient approach to housecleaning and communication with the client. What really boggled my mind was that Ashley was part of the team that cleaned the first time. She was awesome...she cleaned my floors on her hands and knees! Scrubbed the baseboards and cleaned anything she saw that needed attention. Absent Ashley and there's no-telling what will happen. My recommendation is no recommendation at all.

I say this because he has unpaid debt for labor that he ,even after numerous attempts to come to an agreement, has not and will not pay. He is very deceitful and not a good business owner. Lakeside Painting is my "go to" company for all of my interior and exterior painting needs! they…read morehave now painted the exterior of my home three times, and done a great job each time. my home was built in 1987 and filled with different types of wall paper that i have never liked and so far Lakeside Painting has removed most of it over 2 winters when they can't do outside work and have done a beautiful job, a massive job because the glue was AWFUL to remove, followed by needed repairs before any painting could be done. but it looks GREAT now, and i will be calling on Lakeside when i get to removing the final bit hopefully next year. and they have also done some beautiful sanding and then re-staining of several doors that my dogs had badly scratched up and Eric did an AWESOME job of matching the stain, for which i am VERY grateful. you won't go wrong going with Lakeside Painting for all of your painting needs!

It was delivered by Home Depot and they gave us names of people who could help put it together. Jarid responded and communicated with us what we needed done and where it was going to be placed. He asked for photos of the location and said he could help and and then gave us an estimate for the work. We decided to say yes and he came out a few days later with a team worker and together they got the project in a fast time frame. The shed looks really nice and he did a very good job. I would highly recommend Jarid for work that needs to be done on home projects.
