Integral DJs are the best option around and brought all their own high quality equipment and awesome lights that added so much to our wedding. We wanted a real party and they delivered. Thanks D-Look and Marc, we'll definitely be booking these guys in the future again!

The DJ for our wedding was Kitman who did an amazing job. He reached out a few weeks before the wedding to touch base and ensure that everything on the wedding flow, names pronunciation, and our music preferences was filled out. We also had a meeting to discuss everything so that we were all on the same page. At the event, Kitman was lovely and helped ensure the overall reception flowed well from cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. He played music that pulled our guests of ages 2 and up to the dance floor and kept everyone engaged. He took requests that made sense and was appropriate for children to hear. All of our wedding guests had fun on the dance floor. He was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job as our DJ.

When I first booked him we had a conversation about what kind of music would be of interest, then he sent over some sample playlists that I could review ahead of time. He was very open to feedback and listened to my concerns and needs. On the day of William arrived early to set up and was ready to go before the time we agreed on. He was very good at reading the room and kept the spirits high despite a somewhat difficult crowd. He was great thinking on his feet when we wanted to mix the music up a bit as well. I would recommend William for any DJing event, and would very much hire him again. Thanks for an excellent event!

I live down in South Seattle. To get to Ballard takes me about 45 minutes with traffic. A cab ride…read morehome can cost around $30 when I drink too much. But do I care? No. Why? Because I fricken love singing Karaoke with Melody Music's DJ Rob at the Waterwheel on Sunday and Wednesday nights, starting around 9:30pm. It's worth the drive, worth the cab fare, worth the hassle of getting back out there to get my car if I drink too much. Rob is a killer Karaoke DJ. He consistently has remembered my name, though I've become a bit of a regular so no shock there. He's got a computer system where he enters in your name and the songs you request, and can bring them back up when you see him again if you tend to sing the same songs, which I do. And his music library... "Would you say I have a plethora of [songs]?" "Si El Guapo." "Do you know what Plethora means?" "No El Guapo." Plethora means shitload. And he's got a shitload of songs. He's got so many songs they can't print them all up in their book full of songs to choose from, so if you are looking for something to sing and don't see it, make sure to ask. And thanks to his fancy computer set-up, you don't have to write down all the code numbers. You just write down the artist, song name, and your name, and he'll do the rest. Rob is real great at cycling through the singers, mixing audio, and making sure the spare mike gets volumed up if someone else jumps in to duet mid-song. He's got a small monitor to read lyrics from, or you can read off the huge monitor at the Waterwheel. Definitely worth coming out to experience the Karaoke joy with these guys.

DJ Rob is an amazing karaoke host!…read more To start, his music catalog does indeed have, as Wil so eloquently explained, a *shitload* of music. I can't believe the wide variety, especially when you compare his to other 'popular' karaoke spots catalogs. He also happens to love his job, and it shows. He's a great singer himself, works the crowd up, keeps 'em going, His system is awesome too. It remembers you and songs you've sung before, so just putting your name in there consistently and you can always have songs at the ready...or he'll even make recommendations if you can't think of one. And I'm still cracking up that last night at D's party, he remembered "his buddy Don L" from all our other "Yelp converges upon water wheel karaoke" events. And bonus points for moving me and Carly and another singer up a few slots last night, my reason was compelling enough to get him not only to laugh, but to do it. ;-) Stu made a great decision bringing Rob to the waterwheel!

DJ Vega is AH-MA-ZING!…read more He DJ'ed my wedding a couple of weeks ago and I am super happy that we hired him! Personally, I think that a DJ is one of the toughest vendors to decide on for a wedding. For catering, you can taste the food, and for the florist, photographer, etc. you can easily see past work. With music, it is was a bit more difficult for us to know which direction to take. After our initial phone call consultation with DJ Vega, we knew he would be a great fit. He was professional and thorough, yet had the perfect balance of being laid back and accommodating. He sent us a detailed spreadsheet to fill out before with our song and genre preferences, which was a huge help! On the actual wedding day, he worked closely with our day-of-coordinator to keep us on track and things running smoothly. He was able to read the crowd well and played songs that fit our group well. I had a BLAST on the dance floor and our friends and family had only great things to say about our DJ choice. Thank you, DJ Vega! You helped us create a truly unforgettable day!

Ray is very well organized and his communication is fast, like within an hour or two of emailing him. Our wedding reception was indoors at the Tacoma Museum of Glass and he provided music for the dinner and reception along with dance lighting to make for a great ambiance. DJ Ray will ask you what songs you would like to hear and when. For instance, we provided him a list of songs that we wanted to hear at dinner and during the reception. We didn't have enough songs to fill the entire evening, so he filled in the gaps with plenty of songs that fit the genre and mood. He even was able to obtain our first dance song, which wasn't originally available on his list on his website. He is very good at reading the vibe in the room transitioning from one song to the next. He provided wireless mics for toasts and some MC services as we transitioned between dinner, speeches, and dancing. If you are looking for a DJ that can play the songs you want to hear, fill in the gaps with music that is appropriate for your evening, then I highly recommend DJ Ray. He was extremely easy to work with and very helpful in providing some tips for our wedding day. Very simple and straight forward. I will definitely keep DJ Ray in mind should I need DJ services again in the future.

He even willing stayed past the contracted hour without hesitation or complaining. I'm sure that he is a remarkable DJ; the only reason we did not have him "spinning records" is the decibel limitation. I would contract for his services again in a heartbeat; I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of audio setup and his professionalism.

If you are wedding planning; you want Tony on your team. My husband and I planned a Washington…read morewedding from Alaska during the COVID nightmare. Most of the communications with Tony was done via webcam since we weren't able to go back and forth to Washington. Tony was very responsive to everything and not only had plenty of ideas but he has the best ideas. If you pick him you unlock a world of possibilities for your ceremony and reception. Prior to having him I just thought I would pick a few songs, play the wedding quiz game and call it good. I was so wrong. Once I got to see his presentation ideas I knew we were in the best hands. There were multiple parts of our wedding that the guest had never seen before and moved them to tears, laughter and the best party opener after a year of masks and social distancing. He knows the right way to do everything in his lane and he pretty much becomes your day of coordinator, or their huge helper. He helped us with our floor plan and he always kept us informed on what was going to happen next. It felt like the wedding was a production. A Grammy winning production at that. The moment I realized we had made the best decision for our wedding by hiring Tony was as I was getting ready the day of. It was about three hours before the wedding and I was getting my hair done and just mentioned to my wedding party "Oh crap I hope Tony is able to set up and doesn't get lost or anything." My maid of honor said "umm... he's been here for a while and I am pretty sure he is all set up." He adds absolutely 0 stress the day of the wedding! Tony is very professional and his ultimate goal is to be there for you and your partner as well as keeping everyone involved and to have everyone leave at night saying "That DJ is my new best friend." I had so many comments after the weeding saying it was the best wedding they had been to. My Grandma and my friends are still commenting on how great Tony was. I can't say it enough: Pick Tony as your DJ and you will not regret it!

From the start, Tony took the time to understand our vision and our guests, helping us plan the perfect night. On the day of the wedding, Tony was professional, reliable, and absolutely nailed every detail. Everyone raved that it was the most fun dancing they'd ever experienced at a wedding. He kept everyone--from the young cousins to the older guests--on the dance floor all night, seamlessly blending timeless classics with modern hits and amazing remixes of both that kept everyone engaged, all while keeping our musical taste in mind. The energy never dipped once. He's by far the best wedding DJ we've ever experienced, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else to make your wedding an absolute blast. But Tony isn't just a DJ--he's an MC, and honestly, even part wedding planner. He came up with fantastic ideas to keep the evening flowing smoothly while still letting us stay in control of our creative vision. If you're deciding between a day-of coordinator or Tony, go with Tony. He handled every transition flawlessly--from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception--and his charismatic MC'ing elevated the entire vibe of the event. Everyone's vision is different, but after attending dozens of weddings and hearing from our guests, we've realized that if you're going to optimize one vendor, make it the DJ/MC. People may not remember the flowers or even the food, but they will remember the flow of the night, the energy, and the hours of music, dancing, and fun. From the bottom of our hearts--thank you, Tony, for making our wedding as fun, seamless, and memorable as possible!
