He personally visited our venue on his own prior to the day, to make sure he had everything he needed. He was very good about checking in with us throughout the night, and making sure timing was going well. It was hard for us to choose every single song, so when we filled out his questionnaire, we just gave him general ideas and song examples for each portion and trusted him to fill in the rest.
