Me: Hi Kathy, my name is Oscar and I wanted to check the status of my order. Cathy: Everything is out in the trucks already and I have no info until they tell me it's delivered. Me: Oh.. ok. Cathy: Ok *hangs up* It sounded like she was not having it, because it's the beginning weekend of Valentine's day. I mean I should've read the reviews before I made the order but this business popped up on google. Not that it matters, I needed a flower delivery business. So Kelly, I know you guys are working really hard but I felt like I was just like another customer calling. The least Cathy could do is say "Is there anything else I can help with?"
