Me: Hi Kathy, my name is Oscar and I wanted to check the status of my order. Cathy: Everything is out in the trucks already and I have no info until they tell me it's delivered. Me: Oh.. ok. Cathy: Ok *hangs up* It sounded like she was not having it, because it's the beginning weekend of Valentine's day. I mean I should've read the reviews before I made the order but this business popped up on google. Not that it matters, I needed a flower delivery business. Managers some "Russian chick" who can't even speak English, also told me she couldn't give me a refund when she literally gave me barely any flowers and gave me the wrong flowers. TERRIBLE FLOWERSHOP. She wouldn't even give me the owners number or tell me when she is in, how are you going to run a business and not even want to interact or help your customers. Never buying flowers here again.
