I must say that the staff that was assisting him today was particularly rude as well. I took my dog in for shortness of breath. Long story short he wasn't going to treat her told me she was critical and suggested that $250 wasn't enough to even put her down. He did however tell me if I came up with more money he may be able to diagnose and treat her. I have always loved Dr Horton, who deserves the vacation she is on, but I will never return to this clinic again.

Because we know them, I guess you could say we were a little biased. However, a Veterinary Clinic is not just one person. VCA Lakota is made up of a great Team who truly loves animals. They are very patient with their patients and communicate to pet owners very well. It's always hard to know what your pet is going through when they can't talk. A good, well experienced, Vet can be a great translator between you and your pet. Annual visits are a must. Keep your pet healthy and vaccinated for a long and happy life. Would I go back? At least once a year. VCA Lakota has a very flexible schedule and they're easy to work with. Even if you have a nervous pet, they treat them with gentle care and we've always felt that our pet is in good hands. Tip: Look into pet insurance. Speak to your Vet about these options.
