The agent Sami kept telling me about the Co. policy even pulled it up to show me, I explained to him that the issue was that the information was not conspicuously displayed & I would have to leave the booking baits to go AVR's site then it was no 8 of 10 in the five print. Another agent Ana came over & proceeded to tell me it was as my fault for not reading the policy. She said her brother was a lawyer in MIA & she had an issue when she bought a car & she had to live with her mistake. She argued back & forth with me she was loud & rude & should not be in customer service. The van was chipped up on the outside they said this is be best we have. I unfortunately had to keep the car an extra day not only do they charge $25 for that but the daily rate also doubled!!! The extra day cost me $90! This company is terrible & I'd NEVER rent from them again. If I had the option they'd get NO star.
