If I could give it 0 stars I would! My fiance went to pick up a rental van, the van shakes when You drive it on the freeway! how are we supposed to drive that? we called and they said they would get back to us and they closed customer service and they never called us back. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! read more
I made a van reservation online via Priceline. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told there was a 400 miles local limit. One of the 1st think when booking was unlimited miles so imagine my surprise. Given that I was going to Arizona that was a problem. The agent Sami kept telling me about the Co. policy even pulled it up to show me, I explained to him that the issue was that the information was not conspicuously displayed & I would have to leave the booking baits to go AVR's site then it was no 8 of 10 in the five print. Another agent Ana came over & proceeded to tell me it was as my fault for not reading the policy. She said her brother was a lawyer in MIA & she had an issue when she bought a car & she had to live with her mistake. She argued back & forth with me she was loud & rude & should not be in customer service. The van was chipped up on the outside they said this is be best we have.
I unfortunately had to keep the car an extra day not only do they charge $25 for that but the daily rate also doubled!!! The extra day cost me $90! This company is terrible & I'd NEVER rent from them again. If I had the option they'd get NO star. read more
Used this company for a microphone/speaker rental for a company event. Travis was wonderful and so helpful, they make sure everything ran smoothly and were helpful in making sure we stayed within our budget. Would definitely recommend AVR for audio equipment needs! Will be using again! read more
