He also repaired my sagging gutter, unclogged the downspouts, and cleaned all the gutters. I had him come by one more time and he replaced a broken flange mount for our toilet and replaced the flapper inside it. He also repaired a broken drain pipe on our bathroom sink and a broken faucet handle. He even saw a new shower head we had bought and asked if we wanted it installed!
