At the outset, Caroline explained each element of the reiki process and was thoughtful to ensure my comfort throughout. Also an A+ for bedside manners. After she explained everything, I got tucked under a sheet, crystals placed and she read my chakras. What I felt thereafter was pretty unbelievable once Reiki began. I felt as if a heat lamp had been placed and magnets all around me. Like a magnetic force. Very therapeutic. The whole process was about 70 minutes. Caroline was very open and let me know that everyone's experience over the next few days is very different and recommended some meditations going forward. Caroline was also nice enough to see me digital docs/photos with more information on Reiki. It has been very helpful as I look to learn more about my personal chakras, what is going on in my life and what I can do to keep my chakras from clogging. I really, really enjoyed the whole experience overall and am looking forward to practicing more energy healing with Caroline and Moonlight Energy Healing.
