In this harried city, Caroline's reiki practice is the embodiment of calm, healing and positive energy. At the outset, Caroline explained each element of the reiki process and was thoughtful to ensure my comfort throughout. Her Aussie lilt and sunshine disposition really shone through and her patience with my incessant questions bordered on saintly :) The process lasts just over an hour and involves the use of healing crystals to channel and redirect energy in the body. It's a bit hard to explain but the results were palpable! I could actually feel the energy shift within my body and around me. Afterwards, I felt lighter and more centered. If I could give Caroline ten stars I would! It was a fantastic experience! I've never had Reiki done before & Caroline is not only patient & calm but she is terrific at explaining exactly what Reiki is and the entire process. Also an A+ for bedside manners. After she explained everything, I got tucked under a sheet, crystals placed and she read my chakras. What I felt thereafter was pretty unbelievable once Reiki began. I felt as if a heat lamp had been placed and magnets all around me. Like a magnetic force. Very therapeutic. The whole process was about 70 minutes. Caroline was very open and let me know that everyone's experience over the next few days is very different and recommended some meditations going forward. Caroline was also nice enough to see me digital docs/photos with more information on Reiki. It has been very helpful as I look to learn more about my personal chakras, what is going on in my life and what I can do to keep my chakras from clogging. My session with Caroline was my first experience with chakra balancing or Reiki and the entire experience was like coming home to a warm hug. I instantly felt at home with around all of the tropical decor and plant life and worlds away from the commotion of city life just outside the window. She calmly explained the process to me and answered any questions I had and then began the session. She placed crystals and reiki charged felt around the body and began working systematically through the chakras channeling energy through a gentle touch. I didn't take the blanket at first because I was trying to remain semi alert out of curiosity but I quickly surrendered, took the super soft blanket, and promptly fell into a deep meditative sleep. I was in and out during the session but the one thing I clearly remember is seeing bright pink light behind my eyes as she worked through the heart chakra. I felt a few body tingles during the session but those were the only physical effects I felt. The journey was more psychic for me as I definitely went to some wild dreamscapes while in and out of consciousness. After the session she gave me feedback on which chakras were blocked and a bunch of info and guides on understanding and balancing their energies, as well as some playlists of meditative sounds. All in all it was a wonderful and supportive experience. Caroline has a calm and open demeanor and sunny disposition and I felt no hesitation about letting her lead me in this healing journey. I would definitely return for more sessions with her. I think I have extended work to do to feel fully balanced but I feel more confident and armed with knowledge about what to target and how to work through these imbalances on my own until I can return for more sessions with Caroline. read more

I met Caroline after being physically sick and emotionally exhausted. During my first reiki session, I could feel the energy flowing through my body which had been on shock. She took her time to explain me what reiki is, the meaning behind each chakra and how to balance them. My reiki session with Caroline was sooo relaxing! I wasn't sure exactly what to expect since this was my first experience with reiki, but the space's tropical vacation vibes combined with Caroline's warm & sunny energy put me instantly at ease! After placing some crystals around me, she read my Chakras and determined which ones needed realigning. She put her hands on my ears and head for a few minutes, making them feel so warm and cozy! I book once a week with the gifted and exquisite Caroline, Reiki Master Healer. My overall quality of life has improved. Not to mention the instantaneous results before and after a session through vibration sounds and evaluations, will have you undoubtedly hooked and in love with Caroline's ability and techniques. The amount of time she spends learning about you speaks volumes of how much she is truly invested in each and every client. You are able to feel her warm and welcoming energy that is infectious and contagious. I have struggled for years with anxiety and depression. Meditation can only take me so far with blockages that I am unable to pinpoint and heal on my own. Truly such a magical experience, I left feeling so incredibly centered and at peace. I had never done Reiki before however very into different type of spiritual healings and medicines. The studio itself is so tranquil and just puts you at ease. Caroline was such a warm, calming soul and made me feel comfortable and explained what exactly we would be doing during our session. The process itself was like nothing I had ever felt, I could truly feel the energy and my chakras being cleansed, it was incredibly therapeutic. I attended my very first shakra healing session ever and loved it! I had heard about this type of healing for a long time but didn't know very much, if at all, what it entailed. I went in blind so to speak, with no preconceptions. Caroline made me feel very at ease from the moment we connected. She was very accommodating with the times and spent the beginning of the session explaining what she would do and what to expect. We had a debrief afterwards and it was amazing how many of the things Caroline uncovered about my chakras directly aligned to current situations in my life and my physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I had a distant healing done by Caroline and it was an unbelievable experience! I didn't really know how it worked or what to expect, but she was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. (And was equally as responsive and helpful after the healing with anything that came up) Basically, we found a time when I could just be still and relax for the length of the session, I turned on some relaxing music and just laid down with my eyes closed- I think I even dozed off a few times throughout. When it was over, she messaged me with everything she found during the healing. It was incredibly eye-opening and fascinating how I resonated with certain things she said and how so much of it clicked- several aha moments for me. For the first hour or so afterwards, I was a little tired, but then I was filled with energy. I felt an almost electric type feel through my body, especially in my third eye. I don't know that I can even describe everything else I felt and continue to feel, but I do know that whatever happened, it opened me up to a plethora of positive shifts and increased my self-awareness. I know the concept of a distant healing might sound a little strange or make you hesitant, but if you can't see her in person, I highly suggest it. I only had a limited idea if what a Reiki massage was, mostly balancing your energies or what not. Caroline was completely amazing when it came to guiding me on this journey. I got myself into a semi sleep state, conscious but in a rest dreamlike state as she went and examined/stirred up my chakras. I was surprised by certain body experiences such as the feeling I was swaying as if I was lying on the deck of a boat or warmth moving between body parts mostly my feet through my legs and legs through my abdomin. The part that blew my mind the most was when my heart/chest felt like it lurched, I would picture it like having a defibrillator used on my chest, totally unexpected and fascinating! Later speaking on it later she explained that the chakras by core and heart were a bit slow and experiences such as lurching is the energy sort of kickstarting. It was also interesting where my wandering mind was at that moment, made it make more sense. She was gracious enough to provide me various links and information as well as meditative sounds to help me explore my chakras more and I need to get around to doing that. Overall, I didn't know what to expect but have definitely been talking to friends and family about my experience hopefully some will go and check out her work! read more
