Compared to some of my previous lifeguard certification classes, Adam went above and beyond. Adam was interactive with us and had no problem jumping in the cold water to show us the proper technique or be a victim so we could practice and grasp the concept completely. When it came time for the CPR, First Aid & AED portion of the weekend we practiced multiple different scenarios and did many round so that there was no doubt we knew our stuff. If we had any kind of question, he'd have a story to help us remember, talk it out with us or demonstrate on the mannequins. We were able to practice resuscitation on specially made dolls for this purpose. The facilitator Adrienne and her assistant Kayleen, both were very helpful in showing us what to do and how. They both answered questions and explained the importance of CPR to us. I can highly recommend this class to anyone who is around small children, elderly people, has an active lifestyle and wants to be prepared. Also Adrienne is a wonderful female role model and a very compassionate life/business coach. She has always something encouraging and uplifting to share with people. Within the 15 years I have never had to give anyone CPR I guess I should be happy because until today I never felt confident with what I was doing.
