I drove in during the mid-afternoon, and within 30-35 minutes, my updo was done! I wish I took a picture of the back since it was super cute. The bun was a mix between not too loose, yet not too tight with a balance of messy, yet pretty. I wanted strands in the front to frame my face, and it all worked. It was an updo that felt very much like me - simple and practical. I believe the stylist's name was Emma, and she was super sweet and did a great consult. While this place is known for blowouts, consider them for your next updo.

Apparently the morning appointments had run behind and the 2nd stylist was still not ready for her 1pm by 1:45. I had been taken back to start my service at 1:10 so my friend ended up canceling her service when she was notified of the extended delay. Pretty disappointing since she was the one who initially found them. As for my experience.....I was pleased. The shampoo was relaxing and the products were good quality. The stylist listened to what I was wanting while giving her own perspective and professional approach to what she thought would work. I went with a soft waves and the style held up throughout the evening. It was for a wedding and my hair turned out great in the pictures. I only wish my friend could have had the same experience. For a small local business it seems they could have handled their appointments or staffing a little better. They certainly did not seem busy enough to blow off an early afternoon styling and an advance phone call would have allowed my us to sort out an alternate solution.

Normal prices here do feel a bit high but they have rotating sales and just looking for those save some money. As for the staff, we didn't have any help on the floor but the girl at the counter who checked us out was friendly. I think having great customer service wins you stars regardless of prices.

I communicated my issue to the salon directly within the same day but no response. I am sharing my experience with the public so you can be aware. I felt scammed by the hairstylist. I made sure to verify the price before the hair cut. I was quoted $54. I thought was reasonable. Before we started, the stylist recommended a "treatment" but I declined after confirming that it is extra. Before she dried my hair, she put products which I assumed was part of blow dry process. However, when I was paying, I learned that it was the "treatment" I declined. The total bill was $110 instead of $54. I double checked the price before the hair cut to avoid the hidden extra charge. It was a 40 min pixie hair cut. I did not want to make a scene and argue in front of other clients so I just paid. The stylist did not clean my head throughly after the hair cut. I was covered by hair. My car was covered by hair after I drove. Upon arriving home, I had to shower immediately. So whatever the "treatment" I paid, it had to be washed away after the hair cut. I should have gone to the beauty school if I was going to receive such bad hair cut. It is uneven. She was trying so hard to put product and blow dry to make it look decent to cover up her bad job. I was quite horrified when she seemed to be done. I reminded her to look at the example picture I showed her before the hair cut started. She was unable to even come close to the picture I brought to her. I expected the fancy looking salon like that would take pride in hiring a certain level of experienced stylist. One last thing. I asked one of their receptionist to text me the address of the location. The Apple Map took me to the other side of Highway 6. I was late because of the bad address she provided. Make sure to search under "Celebrity Spa and Salon". Update on 8/24/26: The Salon called me back to "make it right" by giving me the store credit for my next visit. I am out of state. They understood that but refused to reimburse me via the credit card I was charged.
