Pretty disappointing since she was the one who initially found them. As for my experience.....I was pleased. The shampoo was relaxing and the products were good quality. The stylist listened to what I was wanting while giving her own perspective and professional approach to what she thought would work. I went with a soft waves and the style held up throughout the evening. It was for a wedding and my hair turned out great in the pictures. I only wish my friend could have had the same experience. For a small local business it seems they could have handled their appointments or staffing a little better. The receptionist/stylists refused, however, to provide the color cost range -- stating that they will only provide it on a personal consultation (in otherwords while they have captured a person there). I AI searched the costs and here is the cost color range for men's: $32-$200. This basically means that the range to cut/color a man's hair could cost from $102 -$304, depending the mix of stylist level and types of coloring. Because of this costs secrecy range, I probably will forgo a visit with them.
