since moving to the area, I've been to the salon three different times two for a haircut and one…read moremost recently for a haircut and color. This most recent visit was honestly not the best. I went in for a action Culler and no, I should've done a bit more of the relationship building with the actual stylist. She wasn't super familiar with my hair, but the woman that I previously was visiting I couldn't find on their website. So I went in and requested a pretty vibrant color. she was about 20 minutes behind because of a previous client that was talking quite a bit, though. I suspect it was actually her just based on how she was during my visit once in her seat, she looked at my hair a bit more closely and suggested that she was going to do a new technique on my hair to try and break down the dark color. I am totally open for experimentation. fast-forward about three hours into the job, she completely forgot to notice on my reservation that I had also wanted a hairstyle. When I spoke to the receptionist about the color that I wanted the color of my hair and what I was looking for, she told me to estimate between 3 to 4 hours for my hair. I had done that, but it was taking considerably longer, and by the time she wrapped up with my hair, I was already late for a meeting. So did I get a haircut? No, I did not. The hairstylist was friendly enough at the end, recognizing that she had fail to notice I wanted a haircut from the very beginning. She told me to reschedule my haircut at a later time since I had already paid for it within the cost of the color. Honestly, it was such a pain to schedule this session with my full-time 9to5 job, that I'd rather just take the loss of the money and, find someone else to cut my hair. but the reason for my lower star review is really because of the actual dye job. After about a month and a half of using color safe shampoo and other things to keep my vibrant color, the majority of the color had washed out. I'm now three months out from when I dyed my hair and the color is all but gone and I'm left with this gross blonde green. personally i think it's because she tried a new technique that she even said herself she was not really familiar with.

It also comes with a manicure or pedicure, but I didn't get that because of timing inconsistencies. My experience was SO amazing. Galleria Spa is the definition of getting pampered! The staff is extremely friendly and actually listens to your requests and the place is so clean and smells lovely. They have water and tea while you relax and some snacks if you get hungry. Full facial: I personally have very sensitive skin which reacts to almost everything. They do a really good job of preventing bad reactions by having you fill in a questionnaire, asking you about allergies and previous bad reactions to products. My facial was very enjoyable! I was kept very warm on a heated board with heavy blankets, the room had a facial steamer and smelled lovely. My facialist cleansed and exfoliated my face then did an analysis. She then did a few extractions on my nose and chin and used a strong exfoliant before and after to get the blackheads out. A moisturizing mask was used for the rest of my face. Again, I have extremely sensitive skin, and ended up having a bad reaction for about 4 days after the facial (red bumps, looked like hives). The employees were super nice though, I called them to ask for advice and they responded right away. I probably won't be getting facials again because I get really self conscious when I have breakouts. But if I were to get a facial again, I'd come here. I communicated my issue to the salon directly within the same day but no response. I am sharing my experience with the public so you can be aware. I felt scammed by the hairstylist. I made sure to verify the price before the hair cut. I was quoted $54. I thought was reasonable. Before we started, the stylist recommended a "treatment" but I declined after confirming that it is extra. Before she dried my hair, she put products which I assumed was part of blow dry process. However, when I was paying, I learned that it was the "treatment" I declined. The total bill was $110 instead of $54. I double checked the price before the hair cut to avoid the hidden extra charge. It was a 40 min pixie hair cut. I did not want to make a scene and argue in front of other clients so I just paid. The stylist did not clean my head throughly after the hair cut. I was covered by hair. My car was covered by hair after I drove. Upon arriving home, I had to shower immediately. So whatever the "treatment" I paid, it had to be washed away after the hair cut. I should have gone to the beauty school if I was going to receive such bad hair cut. It is uneven. She was trying so hard to put product and blow dry to make it look decent to cover up her bad job. I was quite horrified when she seemed to be done. I reminded her to look at the example picture I showed her before the hair cut started. She was unable to even come close to the picture I brought to her. I expected the fancy looking salon like that would take pride in hiring a certain level of experienced stylist. One last thing. I asked one of their receptionist to text me the address of the location. The Apple Map took me to the other side of Highway 6. I was late because of the bad address she provided. Make sure to search under "Celebrity Spa and Salon". Update on 8/24/26: The Salon called me back to "make it right" by giving me the store credit for my next visit. I am out of state. They understood that but refused to reimburse me via the credit card I was charged.

I've had both sisters alternate doing my hair, I was expecting to have my hair done by Deborah (the owner) for the simple fact that I made the appointment with her in the first place. When I walked in she was not ready or prepared for me and she had two clients in her chair that she was working on prior to me getting there. My appointment was originally expected to take around 6 hours, but the appointment ended up taking a lot longer. I got there at 10:35 AM and didn't leave until 9:10 PM, which was over 10 hours. There were several periods throughout the appointment where very little was being done to my hair while both sisters were doing other things which added to the amount of time. They took multiple breaks throughout the day alternating between feeding and taming their crying kids. The constant crying and breaks they took stressed me out. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking an appointment here especially if you're not comfortable being around screaming crying children and they have multiple. At one point, Deborah went to get food for another client eventually had to message/call her and ask her to come back because I had been waiting for hours and needed my hair finished. I asked politely, but after she got back I heard her say to the other client saying that she had to come back because of me. I had already spent most of the day there, she made me it seem like I was the one inconveniencing her by asking for my hair to be finished. The service, communication, time management, and professionalism needs to be improved.
