I go down the street to Whitney's, and the first walk-in stylist logically said I needed to back to lobby. Jasmin brings me back and starts concerted assessment. My fiance and I thought my hair was gone. Jojo walks by and says "Let me see if I can help, I watched a YT video recently that may help". Sure enough, she tried and had to go to a scheduled hair appointment. She comes back after, and her and Jasmin's work to loosen it were amazingly successful. I went in for a action Culler and no, I should've done a bit more of the relationship building with the actual stylist. She wasn't super familiar with my hair, but the woman that I previously was visiting I couldn't find on their website. So I went in and requested a pretty vibrant color. she was about 20 minutes behind because of a previous client that was talking quite a bit, though. I suspect it was actually her just based on how she was during my visit once in her seat, she looked at my hair a bit more closely and suggested that she was going to do a new technique on my hair to try and break down the dark color. I am totally open for experimentation. fast-forward about three hours into the job, she completely forgot to notice on my reservation that I had also wanted a hairstyle. When I spoke to the receptionist about the color that I wanted the color of my hair and what I was looking for, she told me to estimate between 3 to 4 hours for my hair. I had done that, but it was taking considerably longer, and by the time she wrapped up with my hair, I was already late for a meeting. So did I get a haircut? No, I did not. The hairstylist was friendly enough at the end, recognizing that she had fail to notice I wanted a haircut from the very beginning. She told me to reschedule my haircut at a later time since I had already paid for it within the cost of the color. Honestly, it was such a pain to schedule this session with my full-time 9to5 job, that I'd rather just take the loss of the money and, find someone else to cut my hair. but the reason for my lower star review is really because of the actual dye job. After about a month and a half of using color safe shampoo and other things to keep my vibrant color, the majority of the color had washed out. I'm now three months out from when I dyed my hair and the color is all but gone and I'm left with this gross blonde green. personally i think it's because she tried a new technique that she even said herself she was not really familiar with.

The receptionist/stylists refused, however, to provide the color cost range -- stating that they will only provide it on a personal consultation (in otherwords while they have captured a person there). I AI searched the costs and here is the cost color range for men's: $32-$200. This basically means that the range to cut/color a man's hair could cost from $102 -$304, depending the mix of stylist level and types of coloring. Because of this costs secrecy range, I probably will forgo a visit with them.
