But I had his other services and in that process, he taught me how to save money by investing in my own Foam Cannon truck wash system. When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

She's had the car since new and while I've detailed and wash/waxed it before I wanted to see how a pro would do it. Well, they have the tools and knowledge to do a "the car looks almost as good as new" job. Terrell and his assistant were prompt, cordial, efficient and easy to work with. Three hours for the job and while certainly not inexpensive, it is the going rate for this kind of work so you can't begrudge that. My daughter's husband is noodling having his car done. Only thin they could not completely remove was some tree sap.

Was told the car might be done at 4, called at 415 and said it'd be done at 5. Wasn't "done" until 545 but during the walk through there were several obviously missed areas and many sections that hadn't even been touched. They come back at 615 to say it's done again but at this point I need to take care of personal matters and take the car as is. As I'm driving I see smears and drips all over the driving cluster and all over the windshield. The steering wheel is dangerously greasy. When I get home the hood has several dirty areas that I can wipe off with my finger. The chrome grill was not at all shiny and in fact had spotty residue all over. And drippy residue down driver side door too. There was overspray on the plastic exterior parts, discoloration all over the interior, and just plain old dirt and grime around the wheel arches. I'm thinking to myself if I had an entire day to detail my car I could have done a better job myself. I've taken a car here in the past and had great results but this time it seemed like the business was more focused on getting as many cars as they possibly can in a day. And for that, they've lost a repeat customer and any future recommendations. 3 stars just cuz of the first time I brought the car in and because of the good experiences I've had at their glass shop but as a stand alone experience it'd be 1. The windows tint came out perfect and as for the paint touch up people really need to understand that only so much can be achieved with a touch up job and even when it comes out really good it is rarely showroom perfect even when companies do their best with what they have to work with, so the choice is simple,you either spend 6 grand or more for a new paint job or a couple of hundred for a decent touch up job. He took it to All Around Auto and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was clear we'd have to rent him a car to drive home in and leave mine there as parts needed to be ordered and our vehicle was not first in line (they of course had other customers!). It took a week to get the parts and then a day to install the new fuel line. They were communicative and helpful thru the entire experience. It seems that bait and switch is their general MO I ended up getting a full service car wash because I wanted them to clean both the interior and exterior. Surprisingly they did a great job on the interior but the exterior could use another wash already! I didn't have the time or the patience to ask them to run it through again, so I just let it be. My car exterior is mostly clean... I tipped the fellow who cleaned my interior, and that was it. Now I've been here twice over several years and I need to just stick with my regular spot in Rohnert Park. You know the saying, fool me once...
