Saved and impressed - again! I've been using Documart for printing services for events and…read morepromotional materials for the past four years. They're my preferred printer as well as my last-minute-less-than-24-hour notice printer. Their customer service is exceptional, their prices are reasonable (and usually the lowest), and their quality is great. They have graphic design experience to make sure the print looks great, too. I really appreciate how everything is digital. Quotes as well as file submissions can all be done through their website for fast service, but they still pick up the phone when you call and call you back to let you know your prints are ready. You get the best of both worlds - digital and in-person customer service! The only issues I've ever had were about a file, and it was on my end. Was able to still get the fixed and design approved prior to print. Again, can't say enough about their great customer service. This goes for both locations by the way - Harahan and New Orleans. I've had to send something to one location and picked up in the other. They're really willing to work with you and give you the best prices, service, and print products.
